Their latte is always consistent and tastes good. Baristas are young and polite. Plenty of parking but no shade. It gets full with college students before the summer. Good spot to chill or study. Always clean. Has wifi.
5.23.24-An utterly delicious Ube Macapuno Latte. This place is AAIP owned (Filipino). Finally! The first of the many coffee shops I've visited this past year. It smells so wonderful as I walked in. The smell of coffee is my kryptonite. This place is a wonderful addition to the area.
I will definitely return to try the other flavored coffees. They have Filipino baked good on certain occasions. In June they will have some baked items I will have to try.

Got the Calamansi Espresso Tonic, a pour over coffee, pistachio chia pudding, and slice of Ube pie. It was all delicious, not too sweet for the pudding and it was vegan! They also have Ube and pandan coffees and I will definitely come back. My husband who enjoys pour overs says they are pretty good which is a high compliment coming from him ?. He likes that they roasted their own beans too.
