This location has fallen off. 2-25-25 at 4:30pm was my last visit. I don’t know if it’s the new people, the location trying to penny pinch or both but the staff making the drink isn’t using enough ingredients. The last 3 times I have bought from the store the Thai pearl milk tea tastes like SUGAR WATER. The tea flavor is no where to be found. I ask for light ice in order to avoid this issue and it doesn’t make a difference. This use to be my favorite / home location. What makes this situation even more aggravating is I tipped before hand on top of the $6.

Decided to try their Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly and Ice Cream. Sweetness was not overpowering, and it was good for a hot summer day! Wait times were average with maybe a five minute wait at best. You can either order at the counter or with a self-pay kiosk. There are seats on the inside.

This place doesn't take cash.Tasty tea.Too much ice!!!Neat corner wrap around bench seating.Comfy seats.Limited seating.Lots of weekend workers working hard.The seat cushions could use a cycle through a washing machine.
