There online ordering system went down and instead of letting their customers know , they started on all the orders 30 mins later. After waiting an additional 24 minutes for my order (54 mins total) my order finally comes out. I ask the guy to throw some free chilli paste on the house to compensate for the extra wait time. He should have just said that couldn't in a nice way but instead he said that when the online system is down it's not their problem so I would have to pay. I didn't mind paying but at that point the rude response just made things worse.

Placed an order at the Cerritos location for the first time . Been to the Long Beach branch on numerous occasions, this is by far the worst location. Spoke with Gabriella Rodrigues of Cerritos a very lippy and disrespectful woman who likes to over talk her customers. Over food was a 2 management was a negative, avoid the Cerritos location at all cost .

The ramen and spicy garlic edamames were amazing. However the service lacked quality. We were trying to get her attention to get a refill but she kept walking away. She never made an effort to check in on us.

I always have a pleasant time at Silverlake Ramen. I always get The Blaze which is one of there spicer ramens with an amazing thick broth that is always the best on cold days. Ever since my friend showed me this place I been hooked ever since and now I take my friends here. I also recommend there dumplings which I always get. The Service here is always nice as well. They do a good job at answering all my questions and have always been kind.
