I’ve came multiple times and on and off certain workers will not add coconut and the ube crunch when I order the smoothie. It’s happened 3 times now and last night I actually went back to ask for it. The girl said they were out of ube crunch which is cool but then I asked for coconut and she barely put any like a teaspoon. I’ve gotten a lot more in my previous drinks that’s why I say that. I came back for a reason because I really like the coconut and Ube crunch so I thought that was very rude that she only put a little bit and I feel like it was kind of a power trip thing. I only come back cause it’s fire but the staff dont make it right all the time

The Muscle Monkey is insanely good--I finished it faster than anything else I've ever had. Perfect balance of ice, creaminess, and crunch. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for a tasty snack!

Honestly, I really wanted to like this place, but it was a complete letdown. The whole experience felt disorganized and the flavors just weren’t there. I even asked for plain ice and was charged full price — I paid, but seriously, it was just ice with no flavor. Meanwhile, the staff were too busy chit-chatting to pay attention, which only added to the chaos. Very disappointing. Also the tables were dirty.

Great Ube ice cream and everything containing it. On its own or with rice krispy and chia pudding (ube flavor). Also their dole whip yummy. Everything so far has been delicious

I highly recommend hiring Snowflakes for your wedding catering services! I was looking for any possible halo halo desserts for our joint Korean/Filipino wedding, and Snowflakes came on the top of the list. They were quick with responses and had a beautiful setup with the food that had people lining up for it at the wedding! My only regret is that we didn't get enough! So many people loved it that the halo halo disappeared quickly, so pro-tip make sure to get extra! Thank you again to Kevin for his amazing service!
