As much as I love this Target, the Starbucks is a major no...I asked for a caramel frap with decaf espresso. When I got the drink, I noticed it way more white that it normally is. When I took a sip, it was literally blended milk and ice with a tiny bit of caramel. I take it back, and the girl is arguing with me telling me that that's what decaf is...I order decaf drinks all the time...that's not what that is...the other girl even told her that she was suppose to use decaf coffee. The other girl ended up remaking the drink...

I hated my brown sugar shaken espresso today tasted like straight shots no brown sugar.... I am an experienced barista from Starbucks and I know the recipe to each drink in the menu. When I came in target I wanted Starbucks and I ordered my drink which was the grande brown sugar shaken espresso and they did not have the grande size cup they only had a venti size cup. I got charged for the venti. So.. I received my drink and it looked so dark the brown sugar oat is supposed to be caramel color. Well the d*** barista barely put any oatmilk I literally saw that she only put a splash of oat milk; therefore I waited in line to see what I could do. I literally waited in like for 20 minutes to get such a rude service by an Asian girl. I kindly asked her if I was able to get another drink because I felt like it was too strong in caffeine and she responded no because I had drank a sip. She told me that if she were to take it back I was technically going to get a free drink. I mean talk about the Starbucks customer service... so rude she said that she was not able to do anything about it. Then I asked her if I could get my money back and she said no. Finally when I was patiently waiting she made a face and seemed super bothered and gave me my change so rudely and rolled her eyes. Stupid girl hope she gets fired.

Starbucks is one of those places that there's something that someone always likes if you don't like a latte you can get a frappuccino if you don't like that there is the chocolate milk things or the teas not including extra shots more caramel and a whole lot more you could say have it your way of course that saying belongs to someone else we are a Starbucks family as long as there's one around we will be lifetime clients

Don't ever come here! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! I went to the Starbucks in Buena Park and they were out of my favorite drink Strawberry Açaí so I got Mango dragon fruit. I then realized how much I don't like that drink so I went to the one in this Target because I know they can exchange your drink if you don't like it. When I get there there's only one guy working there so I'm standing in line forever! I finally get up to the guy and he says that their starbucks doesn't exchange drinks and I have to buy a new one! I was so mad. I waited in line for nothing! He says their Starbucks is part of Target and not corporate. So I buy a new drink and I wanted to scan my app for points and he said they don't do that either!!! Worst Starbucks ever! Will never come here again! So pointless for even being there.

yep that fat b**** right there is worst employee she is charging me on my extra toppings and when her co worker told her free drinks won't charge for toppings she gave me a look with attitude didn't even apologize she didn't even call me when my drink is done she just let sit there for a minute worst employee i hope management aware on this won't come back here
Wow, I learned something new today from reading everyone's reviews for this business. What do you call a Starbucks that is located inside a Target? Tarbucks! Ha! I'm surprised at all the negative reviews left here, but I feel fortunate that I haven't had a bad experience any time I come here. This Starbucks is located inside Target near the front. You can't miss it. It is perfect to grap a drink either before you start roaming around Target for hours or grab it after your trip after swearing you wouldn't get more than what you came for. Service: 5/5Service is always quick. On my recent visit today, I was actually kind of in a hurry to get somewhere and there was a long line that started behind me. Selfishly, I was hoping the worker would make my venti Green Iced Green Tea drink right after she took my orrder before she decides to take orders following after me, and she did! I think she knew my drink would be quick to make and also once she starts taking orders it'll be a long wait. So, I'm thankful she did that. There is usually one or 2 workers working at most at this Starbucks. So if ever there is a long line, one person will be taking orders where as the other worker will be making drinks. I always get my drinks perfectly made and there is never any issues that I have to correct.Menu-5/5For the most part, you can order any drink you want here. They have a wide variety of other food and drinks that you can get at the counter. There are, also, little knick knacks for sale like Starbucks cups.Covid-19 safety measures: 5/5-There are plexi-glass shields installed to limit any exchange of germs between workers and customers. -All the workers are wearing face masks.

I understand it's nothing but make sure you have something before you charge someone for the extras. Lastly, he throws the straws not once but THREE I've never been treated so poorly. I understand James was getting busy but it was only 4 people after me ?
