This place is dirty. The bench chair seats were filthy. Crumbs all over on them, floor dirty. The bench area looks like has not been dust for a week or so. However the workers were kind.
Thus location keeps getting worse and worse each day , i've always had my iced white mocha with my grilled cheese and the staff have always been amazing but lately every time i've been coming in here theres this blonde woman yelling at her employees, visibly getting mad at them and makes everyone uncomfortable. Im not too sure who this woman is , if she is a manager or someone higher up but she needs to stop making everyone feel uncomfortable. Its so obvious that her employees do not feel comfortable around her since everytime shes there the each baristas smile drop. Not to mention a man came in one morning while i was studying and the tall blonde woman started yelling across the room at him having an argument i dont know if this man was a relative or someone she personally but it made everyone in the room feel uncomfortable including the customers and myself . Other customers and myself started looking at each other like this is really happening .This behavior is not appropriate Starbucks needs to get it together. Someone has to deal with this woman because shes making this location go down" Starbucks do better and set a comfortable environment for your BARISTAS
