Dear Starbucks Gridley staff of 11/4/23, Sat., 8-9pm:Please deal with non-patron nuisance inside your business. This guy in the large middle table who is not even a patron (not buying anything) is literally singing unintelligibly at the top of his lungs which is rude as hell. It's crazy how you just let people do this and ruin the experience of your paying customers. He is threatening by the way, tall black guy who is as audacious and rude as he can be, so it is hard for customers around him to stand up to him. If we were only bigger, we would have put our foot down. But please, look out for your coffeehouse environment and enforce safety rules in it by calling public safety officers if that's what it takes.

I ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso and it was not filled all the way to the top. There was so much ice that I barely tasted any brown sugar and coffee.

First, I waited for almost 20 mins. Everyone who ordered after me already got their drinks and I haven't got mine. This whole time my cup was just sitting by the corner and no one was making it until I complained!! Second, I ordered the same drink but you can see the difference. The one I got before from another branch, had more chocolate foam compared to the one I waited 20 mins for. This Starbucks at Cerritos sucks!!! I'm never coming back here and yall shouldn't go here as well!!!! Waste of time and bs drink!!!

1. The coffee drink tasted as delicious as the ones made at other location!2. The spot has fun casual vibe with lots of seatings inside and outside!3. The staff were friendly and quick with my drink! A total sweetheart helped me at the register. I was half asleep and couldn’t make up my mind, asked her to make me whatever she wanted. Drink is fantastic and she made my day. Offered my boyfriend water too. 10/10, total angel. Hope you get a promotion or something girl, wish I knew your name. (:
