I placed a mobile order today considering it’s a Saturday and a lot of people are there. I came back a couple minutes after the estimated time and after about 5 min the girl called out my name saying mobile order ready. I went up and no drinks were there. About 10 min later my sister went up and politely asked and a guy gave attitude and said to wait because he’s calling out other drinks. We were confused because the girl had called my name, but we figured it’s busy we can wait. They began calling orders for people who were there after us and it felt like they weren’t giving us our drinks on purpose because we asked. I understand it’s busy and it’s the mall, but why call the name saying it’s ready and then not give us the drinks. I’ve been to busier Starbucks with employees with better attitudes.

I feel like they sometimes forget about the mobile orders. I ordered at 1:16pm and didn’t get my drink until almost 1:40. I eventually asked if my drink was ready since everyone around me kept getting their drinks, no lines etc. she checked the counter and pulled out a sticker and said its in line. It’s a weekend and busy so I took that into consideration but the Starbucks eventually empty out and still no drink. I thought ordering from the app puts you in line but it definitely took longer. I also hate feeling like I’m rushing someone by asking for my order but I feel like if I didn’t say something I would probably be there for much longer

I find this location terrific considering its high volume. The staff is always friendly even when you can tell they are jammed up with work. Always quality work and prompt to fix any mistakes.

Scotty was so helpful in adjusting my two cinnamon dolce latte purchases from the night before. Sounds lame, but not when I'm trying to complete a Starbucks incentive for more stars! Anyway, he listened intently to what I was saying and knew exactly what he had to do. The store itself was quite busy, but I really appreciated his attentiveness in getting this issue resolved. What a great associate Starbucks has for someone to be so focused on valuing customer satisfaction. Thank you so much, Scotty!!!

Since this location is in the mall, it tends to get very busy! Definitely mobile order if you can, although sometimes this may take even longer than ordering in person. The staff are sweet and understanding, even though your drink might take 10-20 minutes to get ready

Although this location is in a mall, it’s my favorite because they always have secret menu drinks on the menu, like this sunset refresher which is honestly a must get. It gets pretty busy so I recommend order online to get it quickly. Staff is always nice and I recommend it.

My workers needed coffee so off I went to the local Cerritos Starbucks. It was pouring rain but I ran in and only 1 person in line ahead of me. A 2nd Employee behind the counter saw me and told me "We'll be right with you!". Always nice to be acknowledged. 10 seconds later I was asked my order and 3 minutes later 2 of my coffees were up and then the Matcha tea was ready too. The store smelt good too. I notice smell a lot & in busy places if you don't toss the trash,it starts to smell bad in the PM. Looks like this Starbucks was in good order!!
