Terrible service made me late for work.... Myself and several people behind me in line received their drinks before my hot food even got put into the oven... The girl cooking the food Then stopped with my food in her hand to talk to another girl before bringing it to the counter... Extremely rude.

Love all the staff here very nice and make the drinks great and very quick. My absolute favorite part about this Starbucks is my friend with glasses and blonde hair, he is so so so nice and knows my order before I even speak at the ordering screen, all I know is this man needs a promotion!

So I am only giving 4 stars for one reason only. Let me explain. I went in to grab a decaf Pike for my mom. The sign says 12.95 and so I added my moms 13 to my cars so I can get the credit. When the guy working, Jeffrey, scanned it was 13.95. I explained to him the sign said 12.95. He kindly (and didn't have to) added a dollar to take care of the mistake. So Jeffrey, I hope your manager gives you a raise cause you are a loyal worker that took care of someone else's mistake. Also whoever messed up in the sign. You owe Jeffrey a dollar. This is the kind of workers you should keep and give promotions or raises to! You're awesome Jeffrey!

Well.... Your location asks for a review so here's a review.. Met with a rude silence when I walked up to order. Just glared at me. I order my wife a caramel Frappuccino, and get met with a sharp gruff with a huff "uhhuh what size?"... Doesn't even look up at me.. So I ask for the medium size... She asks if I want whip cream and I say yes please... I ask for it to be twice blended with extra caramel... And she rolls her eyes and proceeded to write it on the cup.. All while cutting me off to rudely repeat back what I just told her... She coldly tells me my amount due, I show my gift card, get it scanned... And she snatches the receipt up and says "want your receipt or no?"... Now.. I know this isn't just old lady rudeness because.... The next customer she knew... And she was super bubbly and expressive and welcoming with him.. And on top of it all... The caramel Frappuccino was all ice and foam... Tasting like milk and water. Cathy?? Your a horrible barista, and I feel sorry for everyone else you treat so rudely like you did me..

One of the worst Starbucks now. I used to love coming here but the quality of staff and customer service is really appalling. Every barista was on their phone. I asked if the new launch was tomorrow and I get a reply "I'm not allowed to say." LOL seriously? But I see new mugs in front of them already. They're probably buying it all up themselves. Typical. At least the Starbucks inside Ralph's would let you know. Also, they're just way too slow at making drinks. I really hope they get shut down once the new Starbucks across the street opens.

My boyfriend goes every morning before work, and walks on his break when he works from home. When I accompany him I love that they know his order. I never was one to go to a Starbucks drive thru but after experiencing the one in Ralphs, I'll wait for coffee and even have him order one for me.

All of the employees at this location ROCK! They are pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. They really try to get to know me and my family by name! I make a special point of going to this location over any other STARBUCKS due to their exceptional customer service. Special kudos to Lexi, Emiliano, Jefferey, and Tyler. You are appreciated.
