The food was hit and miss. Definitely do not recommend the fries. Very bland tasting and poorly fried. The sub was really good and I would get that again. Overall everything was overpriced. Would rather go to Charley's but would eat this place occasionally

Worst experience ever , cashier is extremely rude! First he does not know how to orders when I asked him to confirm my order he said the prices are there with a big smirk on his face. I told him to please cancel my order and when I walked away he decided to laugh at me with another customer.

Very disappointed!! First time eating there and cashier was very rude! I asked him for suggestions on potatoes but he asked me to move and let the other customers to order first.After waiting 35 minutes for my order I asked them for it and they lost my order !! They never made my order. When I finally get my order a Philly cheesesteak and Cajun chicken they had no flavor what’s so ever very bad taste!!?He had a really bad customer service.I will never go back!!
Very disappointed!! I ordered grande but accidentally they gave me someone else's order which is medium size, I can understand it's an honest mistake but the thing that I can't believe is that the guy just put the meat of the medium order to a bigger bread. And when my husband told them again they ask if we want another sandwich, that's not the point we don't want free food we want the food we paid for. What a waste of money??? 0 star???
