Warm and friendly service nice environment and ambiance and a decent s’mores bar. BUT very bad coffee beans. Hard to tell if it’s the beans and or the roasting. Would love to see an improvement in the beans and flavor of the coffee. Would love to support local roasters !

This review is exclusively about their coffee batches. I purchased a 1lb bag of the Brazilian. Medium roast as I was told. Since there was no roast date label on the bag, I had to ask. I was told repeatedly it was fresh from Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week so I went with it. When I got home and opened it, the first thing I noticed was the crazy amount of oil and how dark it was. It was definitely not medium roast. And it was definitely not fresh. If you know coffee you know oil = old. At $24 a bag, that’s just straight up unfair. Too bad. I was trying to go with a local subscription for my coffee needs.

I been meaning to try their matcha here and I was let down extremely. The service was great and the vibes were pretty, but the matcha tasted like sugar. It has no hint of the earthy taste I’ve known to love. I also took another star away because their syrups aren’t house made. Decent coffee here as well.

Amazing discount mall with stores like ROSS, TJMAX, NORDSTORM RACK. Parking is 5 dollars from 7pm to 10pm, more expensive in day time. I will go back

This place is real nice, with it’s calming
ambiance with soft piano Christmas songs playing over the speakers. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors.

I ordered the White candy cane latte and it wasn’t overpowered by sugar ehich was delightful.

The staff was friendly and service was fast

I’m an Az Native, but discovered you guys on a trip to the LA area with family. The coffee is to die for, and the confections are delicious! I religiously stop by any time I’m in town. It’s a cute little coffee shop to start your mornings at. I wish we had one here!

I live in the area and always pass by. I wanted to support small businesses also so I stopped by. Got a hot latte and a sandwich. Food was fresh and delicious but coffee tastes burnt. Customer service was horrible. The girl seemed unhappy with her job and another girl whom was off was complaining about their boss. Unprofessional if you ask me. I did go a second time because I really wanted to like this place. Again, coffee tasted burnt and food was fresh and delicious. Workers need to work on their customers service skills
