I came for my pick up order today and 2 girl workers seem to be having a very difficult time making a sandwich. One was making the sandwich while the other read out the receipt out loud with no mask covering nor hair nit on really close to the sandwiches. They made a mistake in one they removed the vegetables and added to another instead of disposing, when it came to adding dressing they added a bunch to the point it was soggy. I believe they just need the proper training, and be more sanitary. This is Very unprofessional.

When I want to try to eat healthy there's no doubt that I turn to Subway to lend me a helping hand! Their sandwiches are healthy but more importantly DELICIOUSLY DELIRIOUS!!!!! You can order any sandwich & I can certainly guarantee it's gonna be....hummmmmm Delicious!

The owner is rude. He will rather make a paying customer wait when he is preparing bread for later. I work in F&b and customer is first. He clearly doesn't know anything about how to run a business.

Worst experience ever. I placed an online order to be ready at 6:30. I arrived at 6:27 and they hadn't even started on my order. My order was not ready until 6:45, and then they got my sandwich completely wrong.

Do not go to this specific subway. We ordered online ahead of time. The order wasn't ready. We came in and said we had an inline order and there was one person in the counter. He asked for help and the lady in the back just dismissed and said that he will help us. They marked the order ready and they didn't start to make our sandwiches until 8 min after the "Ready" time. Eventually the lady went out to help make our sandwiches. Once they started making the sandwiches the lady who was making the food with the gloves but was touching her phone at the same time. That's disgustingly unsanitary. Ordered at 7:55 said was ready at 8:15 started to make the sandwiches at 8:25 we we got our food at 8:30

The sandwich maker wore his mask below his nose and kept wiping it on his sleeve. He was working hard but mask and dripping nose thing was disturbing amd he seemed very annoyed by the person he was working with. Bad day perhaps.

spent nearly 20$ ordering 2 sandwiches via the app - that didn't accept the app coupon btw- went to pick it up and confirm my "special instructions" that is asked on the app when ordering - the worker said he didnt put the requested sauce because it doesn't go on that particular sandwich and when asked him to do it he said no sorry they're already wrapped! uh excuse me??? never again.

Please do not ever eat here. I ordered and paid for my sandwiches out of pure empathy for the women working here. The owner was very mean to her. I quickly realized that they were touching everything and then the food and had not changed gloves. I start to look around and the trays were dirty. The glass looked like it had never been cleaned. The windows were foggy from what looked like an attempt to clean but instead there were just ugly wipe marks. Someone behind me ordered a protein bowl and I noticed the owner prepared hers without having changed gloves. I left so grossed out. I threw the sandwiches out and never looked back. To top it all off, as I get in my car, I noticed that they do not have a health food grade on their window/door. Red flag! Please do not eat here.

Only reason why I order here is because of convenience. Been here 4 times and had 4 bad experiences each time. My most recent one 2 weeks ago, I ordered footling meatball sub on the mobile app. A pretty simple sandwich correct?!?! I arrived to this Subway and it was empty inside, not busy at all. I picked up my order and left. Until I got to work and looked at my sub. I realized that my meatball sub was divided into two paper bags, not even rolled up in the traditional subway paper wrap. Literally it's like they threw in a 5" bread, meatballs, and cheese in the bag and shaken up the bag (for both bags). Unbelievable how they have the audacity to sell something like this. Totally untrained staff and they do the bare minimum in their jobs. Not to knock off the entire franchise because I've eaten subway my whole life, but this specific franchise store is the absolute worst establishment I've ever ordered from. I am perplexed how this place is still this open for business :(. Corporate seriously needs to shut this place down
