Not only adorable, but tasty too!!! I accidentally came across Sweet Box only because I wanted to walk off my lunch and the mall was an air conditioned place to do it. So I was wandering with no destination in mind and I come across the Sweet Box kiosk. So freaking cute!!! This place is NOT cheap and being that the macarons were so cute, I figured they only looked good but didn't hold much weight in the flavor department. I was wrong. I enjoy macarons on rare occasions because they are usually too sweet. However, Sweet Box did a great job with the balance of sweetness, chewiness, and presentation. I would definitely recommend this place to others. After bringing them home and trying them, I was thinking of who's bday was coming up so I could buy them some. Out of the dozen I bought, the Earl Grey was my favorite. The Strawberry was good as well as it had a real fruit flavor to it. Piece of advise. Don't let them sit in your car or in a warm area as the filling will melt. I learned the hard way. I still ate all of them though. The service was good but I did feel a little rushed. I didn't understand why being that there was no one in line but I did feel rushed. She wasn't rude but she kept looking over her shoulder like she had something else to get to.

Sweet Box in Cerritos Mall is a stand-alone site that makes large macarons in a rainbow of colors and many different cite character styles. They are almost too cute to eat; but you will! Especially because you will find the perfect combination of a crunchy outer layer and a softer inner macaroni along with the creamy, smooth center. There are so many flavors to choose from, but be prepared to pay a premium price. You just have to indulge!
Horrible customer service. Every time I come here, the owner ignores her customers and keeps them awkwardly waiting for her. She’ll make you wait for her to be done with her task no matter how long it takes. It’s extremely rude to the customer to ignore them, not communicate and leave them waiting lengthy amounts of time. Nonetheless, the macarons have a good taste, but it isn’t worth it for her to be being disrespectful of my time.

My, oh, my. Don't you have a Sweet Box? *giggle*After taking a macaron-making class at "The Gourmandise School" in Santa Monica almost a decade ago, I've grown to appreciate those tasty lil' buggers. After seeing Snowfox close up, to be replaced by Sweet Box, macaron hunger pangs engulfed me, awaiting Sweet Box to open.Macarons have 2 distinctions - regular & special. Naturally, I had to go for special macarons, if only because they're too cute.Cocoa & nutella macarons-I highly enjoyed these macarons, moreso cocoa. They both had a good amount of filling, with the macarons having a little bite to them. Not too sweet, either.Service was good. The young woman behind the counter was busy decorating a fresh batch of macarons out of the oven, but quickly assisted me with my order. The macarons are allowed to cool, then individually wrapped, to save for later or to give away. Sweet Box is located in front of the food court at Los Cerritos Center.Call me the Macaron Mack Daddy, for I love me some macarons! Sweet Box has a box of awesomeness awaiting you. Their macarons are the real deal, and since I haven't visited in awhile, methinks I need to gift myself a box, sooner rather than later.Highly recommend!
