Yay for being the same as the one in Buena Park! I'm glad they had the fat macarons (my favorite) available as well. All the flavors here are honestly good and you can't go wrong with any of them. Give this place a try when you're in the mall!

They have the cutest macarons ever! There's usually a wide variety of animals if you come early. They are a bit on the pricey side for macarons but definitely worth it if you have the money! I religiously get my salted caramel duckies here. Ahh as an fyi though, they are a small business and due to them being under staffed they may sometimes take awhile to serve you - I once waited over 5 minutes to be served because the staff were hard at work decorating the next batch of cookies. So please be patient with them, they're trying their best!

I agree with the other reviewers in terms of freshness concerns due to the macarons being packaged already. But i actually really loved the one I tried! Let me tell you, macarons are one of my favorite treats. When my sister and I have a sister date (which is not as often as I wish) we always get Starbucks and one of us picks up a dozen macarons for us to share. It's one of our little self care treats. We have tried several different shops and only have ONE we will continue repurchasing at. I saw this at the mall by the food court and noticed how much bigger they are than the average size. Of course they are a dollar more expensive but it has to be due to the size. I was surprised at how delicious it was! The filling does not taste artificial at all. If only they had more flavors. I will be coming back to get some for my sister and friends. It's worth the price tag!

Stumbled across this cute store while going around the mall. The macarons were so cutely decorated and tasted really good (´`)ﾉ I tried the ghost macarons and the grape tanghulu. It was my first time trying tanghulu and it wasn't that sticky and the grapes were sweet. My boyfriend said it was too sweet but that's just his taste (￣￣) The worker was so sweet and very nice!

Macroons are by far my favorite dessert. AND, its not high in calories (SCORE!) Im ultra picky with the taste of my macroons. I dont like flavors to taste artificial, and her pistachio are BY FAR, THE BEST. When I go here, I always buy a dozen. And the saddest day comes around when I finish it, thinking when I need to go back to get more. Please support this small business. They prob pay high rents just to be in cerritos, but I'd chase you wherever you go simply because they are the BEST at it.

Not only adorable, but tasty too!!! I accidentally came across Sweet Box only because I wanted to walk off my lunch and the mall was an air conditioned place to do it. So I was wandering with no destination in mind and I come across the Sweet Box kiosk. So freaking cute!!! This place is NOT cheap and being that the macarons were so cute, I figured they only looked good but didn't hold much weight in the flavor department. I was wrong. I enjoy macarons on rare occasions because they are usually too sweet but I thought that Sweet Box did a great job in the balance of sweetness, chewiness, and presentation. I would definitely recommend this place to others. After bringing them home and trying them, I was thinking of who's bday was coming up so I could buy them some. Out of the dozen I bought, the Earl Grey was my favorite. The Strawberry was good as well as it had a real fruit flavor to it. Piece of advise. Don't let them sit in your car or in a warm area as the filling will melt. I learned the hard way. I still ate all of them though. The service was good but I did feel a little rushed. I didn't understand why being that there was no one in line but I did feel rushed. She wasn't rude but she kept looking over her shoulder like she had something else to get to.

Sweet Box in Cerritos Mall is a stand-alone site that makes large macarons in a rainbow of colors and many different cite character styles. They are almost too cute to eat; but you will! Especially because you will find the perfect combination of a crunchy outer layer and a softer inner macaroni along with the creamy, smooth center. There are so many flavors to choose from, but be prepared to pay a premium price. You just have to indulge!

This macaron shop is near the food court at the mall. These are the best macarons I have tried! They are a good size. They have a lot of flavor and the filling is perfect. Not too sweet or thick like most I have tried. I love the pistachio, vanilla, strawberry and earl gray.

RUDE EMPLOYEE. no one was in line but the employee kept rushing us even after i said i was not ready. my two year old was trying to pick out a flavor and we had to rush her because the employee came over and stared us down. i'd rather go somewhere else that has better customer service.

Horrible customer service. Every time I come here, the owner ignores her customers and keeps them awkwardly waiting for her. She’ll make you wait for her to be done with her task no matter how long it takes. It’s extremely rude to the customer to ignore them, not communicate and leave them waiting lengthy amounts of time. Nonetheless, the macarons have a good taste, but it isn’t worth it for her to be being disrespectful of my time.

TOTALLY WORTH IT. I came across this place by accident -- I haven't been near the Cerritos food court in a loooong time. I saw the booth that said Sweet Box and was immediately intrigued. I stopped by, checked out the selection and found myself craving some macarons. I thought they were fairly priced for the size of the plain macarons and the service was good! I was super indecisive, but the person who helped me was very nice and patient with me as I finalized my decision. I ended up ordering cookies & cream and the Nutella.Just got home and gave the Nutella a try, and it was great! The filling was alright, but the macaron itself had a great texture and taste. No regrets on this purchase at all!FYI they sell broken macaron shells in a cup! Love that they're not wasting food!
