A wonderful selection of drinks and on a normal day the service is quick. The quality is always consistent and the service is great! I love coming to this location and also brining in others to join me! My favorite is the rose vanilla milk tea, but I always mix it up since there's such a wide selections of drinks!

I love the cotton candy drink here and the toppings are always nice, they have more food options now including elote fries and the service is impeccable!
Tapioca Milk Tea with Egg Pudding, No Ice was my FIRST favorite and is STILL a favorite, with chewy & sweet boba, and sweet & firm pudding, but the tea was sweeter than usual!

This is the place to be in if you're craving boba drinks with great variety of hot foods. This place can be packed with people, it shows why their food is always in demand. My family and I have been coming here for decades. Most servers are still working there, so that's a good sign of the owners. It's always a great place to eat with my family.

Place is not too bad I mean I love their drinks and the snacks such as the chi chi fries or the shrimp and chicken but the service has messed up my order 2 times which is why I give three stars.

The Chi Chi fries here are quite tasty. I have come here multiple times, and every time I have ordered the Chi Chi fries. The only downside is that they are $10 for a small amount, and they make you really have to p*** afterwards.
