Very unorganized. I waited almost 25 min for 5 wings and a shake. I admit it was busy, but I was so bothered when other people with larger orders got their food. Will not come to this location ever again.

us: got the small combo and it is pretty solid for the price it offers. I also go the shake and it wasn't too bad. It takes time to get it down because how thick it is, but other than that...its solidothers: give them a try. out of other fast food joints in the area, i thought this was very reasonably priced as well as tasteowner: The guy who was working there on sunday was very accomodating. I know its not easy to work weekends and have a smile on their face, but ....it was very refreshing and it felt nice to be served.

Buffalo fries are so good. There are some kiosk screens where you can order yourself or you can be helped by the employee in the front. The sauce on the side is the best. If you're in the Cerritos mall and want some wings, this is the best place to stop by and eat.

This is for the Buffalo Spot specifically in the Los Cerritos Mall. Customer service wise the place was very pleasant and seemed very organized. The food was pretty good since my girlfriend and I were enjoying our food. We left and several hours later as we start to eat our leftovers I was appalled to find a FLY in my gfs box. Mind you we kept the lid sealed the whole time since getting home and the fly was at the very BOTTOM of her box meaning that Fly was simply there since the beginning. I shocked that something like that got passed to a customer. And I hope the manager JORGE has a serious talk with whoever was behind the grill!

My best friend and I were shopping and needed to fuel back up. Looking around the food court, I wanted something new. I eat wings about once a week and already have my cravings down. I almost passed and said NAH... but then the server ALBERTO behind the counter actually looked happy. I decided I wanted to try it.The service was amazing and friendly. I told him it was my first time and wow he was superb on recommendations. I asked him if I could write a great review for him so his boss would take notice to his friendly customers service.He said IM THE MANAGER. Wow he showed me the story board ( I took a pic ) and what a cool experience. I had the boneless 10 piece wing combo ( garlic parm and Jamaican jerk) and lemon pepper fries. The wings were so tender and crispy. The fries were perfectly seasoned.I'm definitely a customer and thank you team for such a great meal!

Our favorite spot to eat when we come to the food court. You can never go wrong with the buffalo fries! We were greeted with a friendly hello as soon as we arrived by the two cashiers and Daniel helped us out with a very knowledgeable and friendly attitude. Also our food came out in less than 5 minutes, so if you haven't tried i highly recommend you do!
