Not wild about the self service ordering. I couldn't have pickles and tomatoes omitted from my sandwich. Otherwise we love the burgers and fries. Rare treat these days due to budgeting. I'd appreciate being able to customize my orders in the future and have someone at the register ready to assist.

Attitude of worker told me to use kiosk or wait for them to complete 9 order bias toward me but when other customers entered treated with respect and told them he would be with them in a few minutes may I add I'm African American didn't give me a top with my salad and didn't make salad until I approached the counter terrible attitude toward me as a customer

There is absolutely no excuse for an ubereats order to not be ready as soon as an uber driver walks in to pick up the order in a world where uber drivers are being paid $5 for the order. The wait time increases an uber drivers inability to make more money based on the lack of efficiency & accountability this restaurant is presenting. Uber itself is losing money & there's no excuse for it. The Habit needs to hire at least 1 employee that is educated & knowledgeable as to the dire importance of delivery orders being hot & ready as soon as a driver walks in to pick up. To force an uber driver to sit & wait is straight up destroying a sector of the economy that is supposed to be more technologically advanced than walking in to pick up an order. Please provide the same if not more respect for uber deliver orders and the drivers who are jeopardized due to excessive wait times forced upon by negligent and slow Habit employees.

I like The Habit Burger's charburger. The taste is good, and the ingredients are fresh. However, I noticed that they started charging 50 cents for an extra sauce. I don't understand why they have become so stingy.
