Good basic burger with lots of options. Five of us had lunch for $60, so not cheap. Staff was efficient and got the whole order correct. I recommend the salad with chicken - really good. My husband's hamburger was also very good. We sat outside in the shade and the tables and chairs were clean and comfortable.

First time trying the habit and I pleased. There was a small line but it went by very fast. The person who took my order was nice and our food came out in about 5 minutes. My double charburger was perfectly cooked. I loved the jalapeño bar they had with pepperoncini and sliced jalapeños. Also their starberry lemonade and mango passion fruit lemonade was great. The only thing is that they messed up on my order and the guy who gave me my order was real short about it... not at all apologetic... so for that 4 stars.

Such a great burger place. They taste different than the usual McDonalds , jack in the box, etc... I always get the crispy green beans. So delicious .

The main thing is that they were open for me on news years day and it was great. I tried going to raising canes but they were closed. The burger was very good, not as big as a place like volcano burger, but it was good. Fries could have been crispier. I might ask them to be well done next time. Service was great though. The only real complaint is that I wanted my Pibb and I was deprived of my Pibb. The Pibb was out.Parking: A no stress parking lot. Don't even need to think about it before going. Just head on over.

I ordered cheezburger meal and my wife order cheezburger and Onion ring, but cashier took wrong order and she did not order a meal for me. I told her I wanted the meal and I asked her to void the order and order me a meal. Then she gave me an attitude and said she can't reverse the transaction because I already paid on my credit card. She said I have to pay for fries and drink separate. Then I asked her doesn't it cost more if I order separately and she said yes. So, I asked her why should I pay for it separately then, she said that is the only way for me to order. At this point, I was upset and I told her cancel my order and she gave me a cash instead reversing the transaction and told me that she can't reverse since I pay for it already. I've been to this location before, but this was first time I had terrible service. I really felt disrespected and not important customer at all! Also, she never apology for taking a wrong order. Never smiled either from the beginning!!

Food is a little pricey, but I absolutely love coming here once in awhile for lunch. They have a ton of options that you won't find at typical fast food restaurants. The quality of the burgers is really, really good. The fries are soft and sort of resemble steak fries, not always my favorite but are still hot and mealy. Totally worth the price. One thing I did find negative on the menu was the crispy chicken sandwich, it had very little flavor.Staff is usually fairly friendly. The restaurant is clean. The decor centers around a coastal theme, and the seating in the restaurant is great for dining in. Really comfortable booths to sit and eat in.Vegetarian options: They do have an impossible burger and vegan options.

Sah the general manager, was very kind and quick to accommodate my needs, I ordered a salad and sat down. Later I changed my mind and wanted a Santa Barbra char and asked if there was any way I could switch my order. With no hesitation and gladly Ms.sah changed my order. This made my night and my experience at the habit memorable.

Went to this Hamburger Habit for lunch with my uncle and cousin. Ordered a grilled chicken salad with red vinegarette dressing, a grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread with fries, a cheeseburger with fries and a drink.All entrees were prepared deliciously within 10-15 minutes after ordering. We enjoyed our lunch and visit while dining and will definitely return for future meals at this location.Parking: Parking is limited due to the area of this restaurant located in the shopping mall. We did find a spot, but we should have considered parking further away and walking back to the restaurant instead.

Ordered Korean BBQ burger with anticipation to try it for the first time but I was greatly disappointed when I got my burger without kimchi. When I told the manager that it was missing kimchi, then she informed me that they ran out of it. If they didn't have one of main ingredients of the burger, then she shouldn't have sold it to me. There was no proper apology nor any kind of compensation for my disappointment and waste my valuable time. I felt disrespected and unvalued customer.
