this review is for great customer service. I was there this evening to grab a sandwich. Person who helped me was very polite, professional. he went beyond his regular service to help. I believe his name was sadiq. He was working today (7/5/25) around 8:30pm

I hate to write this as Halal Guys has been my favorite for years. I tried to leave feedback within the app itself instead of putting this online but it kept failing. On arrival the lady was handing raw meat with gloves on and asked for our order. Without changing her gloves she started preparing our meal and touching cooked products, the pita and the sauces contaminating everything. I was horrified that such a basic rule was overlooked. More basic training must be needed here. Beware.

The fact that it's halal is great, but I remember eating it in NY a few years ago and liking it more. I found it a bit dry and there wasn't much meat or chicken. The sauce is good, but the falafel was overcooked and dry.

Passed by on Dec 7th, ordered a beef gyro sandwich, everything was okay, however, it had so little beef in it and really small pieces, pretty much I paid over $12 for a sandwich full of rice and lettuce. The cashier didn't even ask if we wanted a drink and the customer service wasn't great. Sorry but I don't think I will come back anymore.

My wife and I came here for lunch on Aug 28. The food is okay, but we appreciated the great service here!
We ordered 2 regular platters (1 beef gyro and 1 chicken) and both were okay and nothing special. If it wasn't for the great service, I'd probably drop my review rating to 2 stars to be honest.
However, what drove me to write this review, especially weeks later, was the great service we received from Jinsu. I wanted to recognize Jinsu for he was very helpful and kind. Thank you, Jinsu! =]
Had the worst experience, came in to order some Togo, I was asked to wait for few minutes because the gyro was not ready. I had already ordered, so even before putting my order in, another party arrived ( big party) and their order was taken and all of the rice was over.Drove for 15 minutes waited over 10 mins and got no food
