There was no flavor in the food and customer service was horrible.

I've had their food before and it was good at that time so I decided to get more. I'm so disappointed! I spent almost $200 and the shrimp were so overcooked that it was hard to peel the shells off. The meat of the shrimp was coming off with the shell. My family and I couldn't even enjoy the meal. The crab legs were ok but the flavor of the sauce wasn't even as expected. We had the seafood in the bag... For the place to have been a little busy at the time I would've expected the food to be better. I don't know if the shrimp were re cooked or overcooked but either way I felt like I wasted my money! We also ordered headless shrimp and received them with the head on. I surely hope I was not charged the extra fee for headless because the receipt only says "shrimp" doesn't indicate if it's headless or not. It costs more for headless shrimp! I'm PROBABLY not going back here again.

I brought a shrimp and fries meal from this place today the girl that took my order was awesome yet when I bit into my shrimp it had a spoiled smell to the shrimp. After returning back to the cashier who was absolutely helpful. I explained that the shrimp smelled spoiled and I would like to receive my money back for the shrimp and just keep my fries. Well, the lady cook in the back caught an attitude when the cashier went to the back to explain about the spoiled fried shrimp. The lady cooks automatically wasn’t trying to be helpful yet the male cook came from the back and try to help. I did not receive my money back and I had to take $15 worth of fries and corn because I was too scared to eat any other seafood from them.Please place your order with caution because they are selling, spoiled shrimp, and saying that the smell is coming from the batter either way it shouldn’t smell spilled. Please avoid from getting sick ? from this spot. They don’t care about their customers health. They only care about the customers money. IT WAS SPOILED FRIED SHRIMP.

The food does not match what is advertised in the pictures. I got the Fried Fish Tacos and the pieces of fish were super tiny. I returned it with no refund given. They only offered to fry another piece of fish! Do not waste your money!

It’s my first time visiting this mall so I was stunned to see a Kickin’ Crab here. The mall was super packed and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the 1lb of shrimp (medium kickin style shrimp). The downside is that they don’t have all the full flavors; however, it’s understandable because this is an express pop up. The employees were efficient and nice. The area looks clean and well put. Keep up the great work!

Got the fried shrimp and fries. The cashier mentioned the Cajun seasoning was spicy but I said that be fine. For $12 you get 6 shrimp and fries. The worst ever. The seasoning was sweet and it over powered the whole meal. Way way too much seasoning I had to remove the coating from the shrimp and tossed out the fries.

Was about to drop $90+ on my order but due to poor customer service I left and will not be returning..
