They were out of milk for the Matcha latte, then when I was given the option of non-dairy milk, they charged us extra—the Matcha quality was so really bad. Staff were really unprofessional and rude.
Disappointed and would not recommend this place.

We went for bagels. No greeting or pastries out. Ordered drinks and waited patiently. Could see the pastries waiting on the rack to be put out. 30 mins later barely anything out. I’m sure they were cooled off enough but nobody was actively placing them out. We just left. Don’t come here at opening. Maybe an hour after. Or just go to one in Brea; that one was a better experience.

The Cloud Cake #3 is our family favorite — light, balanced, and perfect for kids and adults who want a treat without the sugar overload.
But what surprised me most about this location is how well the space is designed. The double-height ceiling and full-height glazed storefront let in generous natural light, creating a clean, open atmosphere that feels more like a curated patisserie than a typical franchise. The lighting — both ambient and display-focused — is well-calibrated, making the desserts pop without feeling overlit or clinical.

Our grandson told us about this place. It’s very similar to Porto’s but a smaller version. They serve pastries, sandwiches, beautiful cakes, etc. The coffee is excellent and of course they offer other options. Btw, the pastries are delicious but not extremely sweet. Give them a shot next time you pass one of their stores 👍🏼
