Sign in window from the county. Closed as of 1/13/25 for health code violations. Ironically next to the previous Grade A sign.
My family and I have been going here since I was a toddler, we’ve always loved it here. When the hours became more sporadic I was afraid it would close permanently. I am so grateful to the new owners who took it over faithfully and, despite the menu having some minor changes, the food is still as amazing as I remember
Really delicious vegetarian Chinese food! Everything is handmade and not overly salty?
Vegetarian options: We shared an order of spring roll and ma po tofu, really good
Food was so bad that my girlfriend became nauseous almost immediately.
The “spring rolls” (that were really egg rolls??) were oily. We should have taken that as a hint that the rest of our meal would be bad.
The vegetarian rice noodle smelled straight up like cat piss.
The beef and broccoli had dried out beef and the broccoli was simultaneously water and undercooked.
I didn’t have the heart to complain…I just paid for our awful food and left.
Will never come back, and wish I hadn’t gone to begin with. We both left nauseous and hungry.
We didn’t get sick from the food in a food poisoning way, but we did get nauseous from the taste. We both have never had that happen to us.
The whole place was weird. Dead silent with no music or background noise. No one was in there so it made it insanely awkward.

There are not many vegan options in the Cerritos area so we absolutely want this place to succeed and thrive. That said, the food was excellent but they need help. We went there at 630pm on Saturday and there was only one person working. She was the server and the cook. Running back and forth. She could only prepare the food for one table or take out order at a time and did so in the order of arrival so we waited quite awhile for our food. We did not mind too much because we had felt compassion for the lady. She was kind and trying her very best. Great menu, really delicious food, good portions, and the prices are fair. We hope she gets a helper so she has a better chance of getting repeat customers and growing her business. We will give it another try some time soon.

I had amazing food here! The Taiwanese style fried oyster mushrooms were addictive! Perfectly seasoned and not oily at all. The “duck” bao was also great. Really crispy and savory. Also, the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! #Veganuary
