Wetzel's Pretzels

Multiple times I order Uber eats to this place and 80% of the time they get it incorrect Multiple times....they either miss an item or replace a different item....the staff need to read the order and not add random stuff to orders...I had to email this place Multiple times for a refund of the stuff they miss in person they get it wrong to....I walk up in person and they give me what I need but...im just disappointed about how they dont read the orders correctly 😐

It's just very bad, they're in a bad mood.

I had the most awful customer service experience with your worker Delilah. She threw my bag of food at me and was giving me attitude and being rude the entire time. She rolled her eyes at me right when it was my turn to order

This is the worst wetzels pretzels I've ever been to. I asked the lady for a cup of water and she yelled at me "we don't have any". She was in such a bad mood since I got there and threw the stuff at me when I bought the pretzel. Very rude lady.

(The one in front of Forever 21)

Around 11:26 am I purchased an Original Salty pretzel and Pizza bits. To eat while driving, headed out the mall. And gave The pizza bits to my 6 year old daughter. She took some bites but told me these taste like old cheese. She asked me to look at them and they where in like a pile, gross. She didn’t even eat more… If I could go back and ask the girl to make me fresh ones I would but I was already on the highway. Disgusting ? It’s The Wetzel in front of Forever 21. Why do they give left over food? Even the size of them where cut like they don’t care. It’s not always this Bad but just today it was a disappointment.

excellent treatment and service from Miss Kimberly...and the team that works in that space...everything is excellent...but the other person who is in the cinemas was very rude to my husband and me because we reluctantly gave things and it didn't make me feel good...we had to turn around and leave poorly attended to...it's a shame because we love buying this product that was today 12/18/23

woman working there the other day named Yahaira or whatever her weird name was (i don’t know how to spell it ) was extremely rude and made condescending comments!! She asked if i was sure I wanted the food i ordered after looking me up and down and making a disgusted face. Does Wetzels teach their employees to body check and body shame customers???? SO UNACCEPTABLE!!

Went here to order the typical Pizza Bitz. When I asked for them, they said they were out of Pizza Bitz and only had the Pepperoni Twist Pretzel. Of course, I got the pretzel for the first time. My sister had ordered Cina-Bitz for herself. The first thing my sister noticed was that the Cina-Bitz were cold. That wasn’t the case for me however, but the pretzel didn’t even look like a pretzel, and the pepperoni looked cold (the pepperoni wasn’t cold, surprisingly.)This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with Wetzel’s, and surprisingly, I was impressed.I’ve been getting Wetzel’s since I was a kid, and not ONCE did I have a bad experience until today. That’s over 12 years of flawless service.

National Pretzel DayFree original pretzel for customersFor the lifetime I've been frequenting Los Cerritos Center, I never realized there are 2 Wetzel's Pretzels kiosks in the mall. The small kiosk is located in front of Forever 21, while the larger one is located in-between Kay & Daniel's Jewelers. Arriving at the small kiosk, I was notified to visit the larger kiosk, as that's where pretzels are actually baked.I picked the right time to redeem a free pretzel, as the line wasn't bad. I watched the employees dutifully pump out pretzel after pretzel, to keep up with the demand.Original pretzel-Pretzels aren't usually my thing, but I did enjoy my pretzel from Wetzel's. Warm & soft, with a dusting of salt, it provided a nice snack to celebrate National Pretzel Day.Service was great! All hands were on deck, and I only had to wait 3 minutes for a fresh out of the oven pretzel. As fresh as it gets!Wetzel's Pretzels more than met the challenge from the demand of National Pretzel Day. I quickly had in my possession a piping hot, buttery pretzel. Add in the entertainment of watching the assembly line of pretzel making, from start to finish, and I walked out a happy customer.

Stopped going here because they don't accept cash anymore. Lost sales for them

very poor and unprofessional leadership going there , @ Wetzel's your managers need to be for you and not just with you, managers lead ,not mistreat and you if you going to call out a flaw make sure you don't have any yourself lady Edith there has poor work skills. I would love to teach her some healthy work leadership skills on mentoring the next generation. dont let your kids work here under her Lady Edith no bueno.
