I came in today to get wings for the 80 cent bone less deal, and I open my bag when I get home and i was given no ranch. Now tell me why I wanna eat wings with no ranch? Did no one think to ask “hey do you wanna add ranch to that?” Or give me ranch. Who wants ranchless wings, I am now eating the wings sauce less because of someone’s mistakes today and I’m gravely displeased with my meal to be real. ☹️

They don't provide the bathroom after 11:00 pm, bad attention and they don't want to speak Spanish and there are people who speak it, they only spend the time talking to a robust brunette in a short suit and they don't serve or pay attention to you as a customer

This place was a letdown for me and my family. Not only was our food stolen from their counter, but it took them more than an hour to replace our food, and didn't even get water for waiting. Also, we called the corporate office, and all they said was sorry, here's $5 bucks for your bad experience.
Their bone-in chicken have become tough and hard. The flavors are still good tho.

Most unprofessional place in the city of Cerritos,Ca that I have been to. The Cashier had a really bad attitude and of the women that worked behind the counter was unprofessional when I asked her for 2 Damm forks she threw them to me like if she didn’t care at all, then after I was heading to my table she was laughing with the other works. I don’t recommend anyone I mean anyone to go to this place especially when the food was no good and nasty……
