I have to say their food is amazing. I love their salads the wraps, their steak with veggies and basically everything is pretty good. Also Arlette runs her business and she's great with people. Also, she is a bodybuilder. If you're interested in that stuff I just left her food and I wanted to leave this. She also Has great service and a great personality we love you

The food here was awesome! I have never had a better meal prep to go! I knew this food would be great because Arlet's family used to own this amazing restaurant named Sako's years ago! The moment I found out she had meal prep restaurant I knew there was no way it could be short of amazing! I love to workout and have a local, healthy fast option which is high quality and tasty! I am thankful this is in my neighborhood !

This place is a diamond hidden in crunch gym. Ok I really bad on meal prep but here the food amazing and affordable. This is week two of me ording and I will definitely be my go to for meal prep the staff is amazing and friendly. Food portions are perfect and taste Amazing you can definitely tell they make everything fresh and by hand the taste is like it’s from a 5 star restaurant love them

The most amazing lunch i've had in weeks! Great portion perfectly cooked steak chunks so tender seasoned to perfection ! The zucchini grilled, not overdone crispy with great flavor and the roasted potatoes we fabulous! highly recommend Arlet's cafe and meal prep. live the fact I can order for a few days worth of meals for work or dinner to warm up when i'm super busy too!
