This little gem in Chatsworth, now called Coffee Mi Amor, is the perfect way to start your day! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, they genuinely make you feel like part of the neighborhood.

My go to latte signature drink, The Quad, is a unique quadruple-shot latte that packs the perfect punch of espresso without being overpowering. Smooth, bold, and just the right amount of kick to get going in the morning!

Don’t skip the pastries from Café Lux — seriously, they're next-level delicious. Perfectly flaky, not too sweet, and they pair beautifully with any drink.

The whole space has a cozy, feel-good vibe with plenty of plants that bring it to life. I love that they also offer outdoor seating, which makes it a great spot to catch some fresh air or meet a friend.

Whether you're a regular or stopping in for the first time, the people here make it easy to fall in love with this place. Highly recommend!

I just really miss the old Awkward coffee 😔 a few adjustments to the roast, and food/pastry options was all that was needed. This rebrand is overkill imo. It was so nice to be able to walk in and order my “usual” just the way I liked it made by friendly people that knew me. Now it just feels cold, corporate and confused. All the friendly baristas of before are all gone. Sad I have to find a new close to home shop to become a regular. I tried!

Great vibes with great espresso’s and food options. Jalapeño pocket is a must try.

Stopped by just before 10am today and ordered a pistachio latte, which the cashier described as “pistachio forward” and made with pistachio milk. Unfortunately, the flavor didn’t live up to the description…there was hardly any pistachio taste. On top of that, it took over 15 minutes for my drink to be ready.

I absolutely LOVE their coffee and great customer service! They are so accommodating when I ask them to adjust level of sweetness (I like my coffee with only a touch of sweetness). Cute ambiance. Great flavor selection and quality. I especially like that they write a little phrase each time I get coffee there, now I feel weird when I don’t get that at other coffee shops lol I love to support local coffee shops and this is definitely my top favorite 🩷

Clean and friendly place. The workers were nice and professional. The drinks were great and pretty. The cream top was such a nice touch. I mixed mine into the butterscotch to make my coffee sweeter.

We were just looking for a place with good matcha and totally lucked out finding Awkward Coffee! Their strawberry matcha is so good and don’t even get me started on the crème brûlée donut—it’s to die for . 😋

The vibes are cozy, the staff is super friendly and always go the extra mile. Honestly, it’s one of those places that just makes your day better. 10/10 recommend!

Had a chocolate croissant and a spinach and feta pastry and iced matcha latte. Service was excellent, and we really liked that - unlike most coffee houses - the matcha latte is not pre-sweetened - it's matcha powder, milk and simple syrup (if you want it). Have had their coffee on other visits, and everything has been great.
