I was excited when I saw all the good reviews but this roll was horrible. Spent 20 on it and couldn't even finish one piece. It was a sad roll and the taste of the cream cheese was gross. Really disappointing.

Honestly, for the price of AYCE it wasn’t that good. Paid $93 for okay tasting sushi, some of the pieces were small, the service was alright. Some of the food was good, but for $37 per head is a no for me :(

Im traveling for work and after a long day i gave a try to this place since the lady at my hotel recommended it. I ordered a drink and the fried gyozas. The gyozas were ok but not that great, very simple and with no presentation. I then ordered one of their baked rolls, it was probably the worst roll I’ve had in my life, it was topped with a bunch of sriracha mayo and a big purple flower in the middle. I ordered a beef teriyaki to go and oh man, it was awful, the steak was cooked ok, topped with sesame seeds and the teriyaki sauce was on the side in a togo cup, the rice at the bottom was over-coked and sticky. Overall it was a bad experience from the food quality and hospitality in general.

As far as AYCE sushi goes, this is better than I expected. They excel at no-rice rolls, whereas the regular sushi like unagi and salmon skin rolls left something to be desired. There are so many to choose from though, I think it warrants a comeback. At $34 per person for dinner M-Th, it's a great value if you can eat at least 5 rolls. The service is one of the best of all the recent sushi places I went to. The place is big too, but keep in mind to visit as early as possible; the place packs up pretty quickly.

Mon-Fri lunch ayce is only $30, lots of menu options. Service was fast , get there before the rush if you can. We arrived at 1145am

I originally posted 5 stars as they stated they would not charge me for left over food if I did. However I went a couple times this week and after the first two visits was nauseous but didn't think much of it until this last time I went with my family I felt awful and have a stomach bug. My buddy who joined me earlier this week (first time we tried this place) also has one after eating there with me. I highly do not recommend this place. They end services before 9pm even though they close at 10pm and while outside I see their staff leaving thirty minutes early. With them rushing to leave it leaves me no doubt they are not taking sanitary precautions dealing with food and preventing food born pathogens contaminating food. As someone with a degree in biology and who teaches biology it really disgusts me and disappoints me to see places like this running without any repercussions. Don't be surprised if you hear from the health department.

I’ll never come back to this place due to terrible customer service. I placed an order at 4:20 PM and received a confirmation stating it would be ready by 5:10 PM. When I arrived, 15 minutes past the promised time, my order hadn’t even been started. No apology was given, and they told me it would take another 15 minutes to prepare.

This low-quality sushi spot doesn’t respect their customers’ time. If they’re too busy, they shouldn’t accept online orders. On top of that, beware of all the extra fees when ordering online: gratuity fee, tip, support local fee, and Chowhound fee.

It’s clear this business prioritizes greed over quality service, taking more orders than they can handle. While I was waiting, I overheard multiple customers being told their orders were delayed too. If they can’t fulfill orders on time, they should temporarily close online ordering. Avoid this place.

I was so excited to have all you can eat sushi. Everything was great until the next day when me and my friend got food poisoning. It totally ruin the experience and I was dealing with cold sweats, body aches and throwing up the whole next day. Really wish that this wasn’t my experience will no be returning or eat sushi anytime soon.

It takes 1 hour for an order of 4 AFTER they take your money???? When you make a suggestion, the manager gets defensive and say the Hikari website is not their responsibility!!! What a joke!!!!
