Wrong order charged me for boba and added none

pretty good. very sweet. the boba is a great texture tho and the sea salt foam is good.

Drinks were not good (iced oolong and iced earl grey). My cup was not sealed properly and spilled on me before I took a sip. No napkins were provided with food, had to ask. They sell fried potstickers and squid balls but only have ketchup and ranch for dipping so keep that in mind in case that matters to your order. The fries and potstickers did taste good.

I had such a great experience here. The drinks are incredibly fresh, the flavors are well-balanced, and the boba has that perfect chewy texture. The menu has plenty of creative options, and everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really knows their stuff—they even helped me pick the perfect drink. The shop is clean, cute, and has a relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Bon Bon Tea House to any boba lover!

Bon Bon has fell off a bit from when it first opened it's now a middle of the pack boba spot although still solid. The best boba is Hey Tea and Odd One Out. That being said I still pop in because these guys are better then most.

Prices are reasonable for the quality, and while the old stamp card has been replaced by a phone number-based rewards system, earning perks is still easy.

With creative drinks and attention to detail, BON BON TEA HOUSE truly stands out. I’ll definitely be back!

It can be really hard to find a good boba tea house in the SFV, but Bon Bon is great! Love the variety of flavors they offer, as well as all the customizations available. I personally love their brown sugar milk tea, green tea base, with egg pudding and aloe at 75% sweetness. Bon Bon is the only place in the valley that is reminiscent of those legit boba tea houses deep in LA or OC area. I always recommend Bon Bon to everyone in the SFV!

Decent overall. The drink was good, maybe a bit too sweet for my preference. The boba was nice. Portion size was amazing. 6 dollars and you get a huge tub even with the regular size.

Absolute favourite boba place. Been going here for years. Short walking distance from home. I’ve tried a ton of different boba places including some trendy spots in malls and upscale shopping centres but Bon Bon has the best customer service. They’re quick and reliable.

Always good flavours with some unique options I haven’t seen anywhere else, like red bean or matcha kitkat. Add-on portions are generous. Sizes are generous, too. Tip: Largest size with 50% or less sugar is the best bang for your buck.

Tables are always clean but your hair might end up smelling like grease if you stay longer than five minutes. Give ‘em a try sometime. They’re great.
