My husband and I had a WONDERFUL dinner here. The menu is varied, with plenty of sandwich choices, as well as traditional Italian main dishes. We began by splitting a Caesar salad, which was plenty for two. We ordered Bruschetta as an appetizer; they were HUGE (hand sized) and delicious (toasted bread covered with mounds of buffalo mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of a balsamic oil). There were four of them, and we only ate two because we didn't want to spoil our...

I love this restaurant! I’ve stayed at the Radisson twice so far and Caprese’s salads have kept me healthy while traveling. I highly recommend the Caesar salad with some of the most delicious Salmon I’ve had in a while OR the Shrimp and avacado salad is equally amazing!
