Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Chatsworth

Food is underwhelming and not much I could think of that was positive about the experience. 10 dollar cheesesteak was less enjoyable than a 3-5 dollar cheese burger from literally anywhere around.

Before we left the parking we was trying our subs … and my man was like I can this cheesesteak sub brought a mfka to tears as his eyes was watering up lol !!! This was everything we been looking for and will be our new favorite sub spot

Tuesday may 13th, got there at 840 pm.. and I was told that he was cleaning, not fixing sandwiches anymore 😕😕 that he was cleaning and done for today....

Went for the 1st time today and I believe I have just found my new favorite sandwich spot in the Valley. Food was great and I like that they have smaller portions if you want it. Great place and a must try.

People where polite , first time in and literally asked a customer what was good , and went with the wagyu club , great spot to eat or for a pick up Order .

They're supposed to be open but the doors are locked and they're not answering the phone - I called another location to see if they knew about it and I was told there should be 2 employees there who should've opened an hour ago.

I’ve been a regular at Capriotti’s Chatsworth location, visiting with my boys about once a week. When we’re short on time, I sometimes call ahead to place an order so it’s ready when we arrive.

On Monday, I called and spoke to Bobby, who took my order and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I let him know we’d be there in 15-20 minutes, and we actually arrived 30 minutes after placing the order. The restaurant was empty, so I paid at the register, expecting my food to be ready. Instead, I saw that my order hadn’t even been started.

When I expressed my frustration, Bobby showed no accountability—he didn’t apologize or offer an explanation. His only response was, “Would you like me to start your order or issue you a refund?” The next day, I called to speak to the manager, who assured me she would call me back, but I never heard from her.

This lack of customer service reflects poorly on the management and is disappointing for a place we visit regularly. I expect better from Capriotti’s.

Ordered classic Italian and classic meatball subs. Was delicious. Will be back.

Bobby went above and beyond in providing me with great service on Monday night. He's is truly a great asset to this business, and no he's not my cousin or friend that I'm trying to compliment. He definitely deserves a promotion.
