Do NOT park in the lot in front of the courthouse unless you are certain of your business they will not allow you out on any time stamp it is an 8$ flat fee. Additionally make sure you show up to the courthouse before it’s closed because the hours say till 430 but they close early & let the clerks leave before it even hits 430. I was one of a group of people who came at the end of their work day to get some paperwork filed & the doors were locked & they wouldn’t let anyone in yet Tellers were leaving before it even hit the closing time. Very unprofessional & disappointing of our court system. Not to mention you can’t do anything via telephone if you want anything done in this antiquated system you have to physically show up in person.

The attendant is so unprofessional, spent 30 minutes with me to fix the application for small claim, refused to help at all, then after all Hassel, said that I have to file at different courts since my zip code shows 91335, which is on her area, disappointed You should hire better people with better knowledge and attitude.

The clerks are helpful, the judge is usually on time better than others. Was able to get in and out of court within an hour. This place is way better than van nuys and Burbank.

This court house blocked public street parking sp you can pay 8 dlrs to park in their parking. That should be illegal that's robbing us hard working people after we are there paying for tickets. They painted the whole block red unnecessary ?♂️. CA government needs to change!!!! All these taxes we pay and they can't even fix our streets but yet they still want every cent.

Stopped in around 9am to take care of a ticket and I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and helpful everyone was. Hopefully I won’t be needing court services any time soon, but if I do l will definitely utilize this courthouse.

Worst experience I have ever had with a courthouse. The paralegal that I just spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, continuously interrupted what I was trying to explain and simply did not want to help in any way. After I asked who else could possibly help me, she hung up on me. I can’t believe how unprofessional they were and how they just treated me.
The women who work there in that area are very involved in family help. It is very sad to have a case there because they do not do their job well.

It is honest so sad that the stuff in this facility had little training regarding legal advised to litigants, I see it almost every other day I come here, also despite there’s is an information window, the male clerk spend over 25 minutes when some one goes to filing window and begin to start question, I feel discourage to come her I wish managment can see this and make appropriate training since this issues are very disruptive… time consuming and unprofessional also clerks allow people with incomplete documents to complete in front of the window while is a long line waiting to file

Employees hate their lives especially the lunatic security guard woman at the front. They put up signs contradicting their website. Employees are rude at all departments. Hire better staff. Hate government workers.
