Even when there is no line, expect to wait upwards of 15 minutes up front before someone comes out... to tell you to keep waiting.

What's the point of letting me place a pickup order and telling me it will be ready on the shelf if when I get there it's A) not on the shelf and B)I still have to wait in line to ask the register girl to find my order in the back and hand it to me??? I order ahead so I don't have to wait and deal with people. If you're so concerned about people stealing pick up orders, then don't offer it at all

I don't usually make reviews, The service here was so bad, The manager Sandra was being extremely rude for no reason she got my order & took it out on me, This is unacceptable how she can't do her job right & blame it on the customers. She shouldn't be taking her anger out on customers.

2 people running the line while 5 people are in lunch sitting in lobby loud Laughing with each other while there is more than 10 people in line waiting during rush hour at 11:30 am, walked in at 11:30 got out at 11:55 while i was the 3rd person in line. Horrible management and never coming back to this location again
They run out of chicken, and don't replenish it, even though it was only noon. Also, and more outrageously, is having been charged over $7 for asking for "extra" protein.

I came here to get something to eat and the two men working inside of the store were doing other things besides taking orders and serving food. They kept going to the back without taking orders. It was a line of people I had to end up leaving. Waiting thirty minutes just take an order is ridiculous.

Bland for nearly $20 burrito bowls when we double the protein with guac on the side or add guac and chips, smh. You don't even see double or extra fajitas, rice etc when requested , smh.

I just got 2 meat I like, CHICKEN & STEAK with brown beans, pajitas, corn, and lettuce . Delicious! ? ? ? ? ? Friendly staff and will give you the right amount of food that you paid for ??? Would recommend this place
