I ordered delivery from the Domino’s at 9874 De Soto Ave in Chatsworth on 12/30/25 at 3:20 PM (Order #637), and this was hands down one of the most disappointing pizza experiences I have had in a long time.
I spent $61.65 before tip for a large hand-tossed pizza, 16-piece hot buffalo wings, and dipping sauces. Despite the price, the food was shockingly bland. The pizza lacked flavor entirely—no balance, no seasoning, nothing memorable except disappointment. The wings were equally underwhelming and tasted flat, as if they were rushed out with no care.
After receiving the order, I called the store to ask if I could bring the food back for a refund. Rather than deal with the hassle, I decided to just eat the loss—literally and financially—and accept that I will never order from this location again. That says a lot considering the amount of money spent.
For over $70 total including tip, I expected at least competent food. What I got was food that felt careless and uninspired. This review is not written lightly—I wanted to give this location a fair chance, and it failed.
I am leaving this review very intentionally so this location understands that customers do notice when quality drops, especially at these prices. There are too many better options nearby to justify giving this Domino’s another chance.
Final verdict: overpriced, flavorless, and not worth returning to.

Worker with ponytail and beard he has an accent does anything but actually make pizzas he took 30 minutes more than the app said and the pizza was lousy made over all slowest worker do something about him

Cancelled the order 1 hour before close. Employee was sitting in car outside in the parking lot. I pulled up and he yelled we’re closed.

This Dominos has promise, they don’t follow corporate structure nor the tracker. Their delivery goes in the opposite way serving other towns nearby before coming to me and the food is always cold. I now come in to pickup after the tracker says it’s ready. I’m here now and they need 5-10 more minuets, basically it wasn’t started yet.
I’ve had it and need corporate to come in and overhaul it.

Ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the store and was ignored for a couple of minutes. They pretended to “look for the order” then the person at the front (Mark)told me a worker gave my order to the wrong person. He said “we can make it for you again and it will take 15-20 min.”
I ask to cancel it, but because I was with both my boys (2 & 5) I asked to speak to a manager and Mark replies “the would be me”, in a very condescending way.
I ask “what can you do to remedy it for the mistake and all the time wasted?”, trying to see if it’s at least worth waiting another 20 min on top of the already 30+min.
“I told you, you can wait another 15 min and we can remake it” he answers again very condescendingly.
When he cancels the order he gave me a receipt literally ripped in half. At that point I was very upset because of his demeanor, and I asked to reprint it. “Sorry but once it’s voided we cannot reprint it. You can get the information you need from your email confirmation”. Wtf am I supposed to do if they ask for information on the receipt when there’s nothing on it!?
I asked him for the corporate number and once again, very condescendingly “800-Dominos”. He’s attitude finally changed when I asked for the store number (#7966) and his name (Mark).
9/10 times an order is messed up is because people are fooling around. And you can’t blame the staff. With management like Mark’s, you can’t expect anything better.
