Hi I only ate there because we were late and we were hungry but the bathrooms were really dirty and little staff. It was so disgusting that I thought about it for days. I rarely eat out because if the lack of cleanliness in restraunts. Do better please.

Tonight me and my family went to pick up el pollo. For me it was my first time in a long time going. This lady who seemed to be the manager was in charge of packing and handing out the orders. When my order was called I only got 3 of those tiny packs of green sauce but I put in the kiosk about 5 or 6. When I asked her for more she rolled her eyes and very annoyed handed me the 2 more green sauces.
For me I felt very offended being talk to by a fast food employee like that. I would think for working with the public you would have to be a good people person but clearly she was NOT. She was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Honestly I would rate my experience if I could a 0 out of 5 stars it was that terrible. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE EVER!!!! I think these workers honestly need to be taught how to be kind to the customers who enjoy their food.

The employees are untrained and unable to understand basic instructions,their reward program or redemption rules are a joke and they just walk away without answering your questions, the food is just ok not great.
The Canoga Park location can be hit and miss... it just depends on the day. I try to use the Westhill location on Platt if I can because the staff is friendly.
