Tonight me and my family went to pick up el pollo. For me it was my first time in a long time going. This lady who seemed to be the manager was in charge of packing and handing out the orders. When my order was called I only got 3 of those tiny packs of green sauce but I put in the kiosk about 5 or 6. When I asked her for more she rolled her eyes and very annoyed handed me the 2 more green sauces.
For me I felt very offended being talk to by a fast food employee like that. I would think for working with the public you would have to be a good people person but clearly she was NOT. She was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Honestly I would rate my experience if I could a 0 out of 5 stars it was that terrible. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE EVER!!!! I think these workers honestly need to be taught how to be kind to the customers who enjoy their food.

The Canoga Park location can be hit and miss... it just depends on the day. I try to use the Westhill location on Platt if I can because the staff is friendly.
the classic tostdada salad is half the size of other places and this is not the first time. This location has smaller portions than others

I would go here quite a bit for lunch pre-covid. I always get the chicken bowl. I loved to Dr. it up myself with their chili bar (lemon/lime, chili). I guess they decided not to bring back the chili bar. For me very disappointing.

Every time my wife and me go here they always mess up our orders, we asked specifically no rice , on the burrito, on the pollo bowl, and on the tostada bowl, all rice, and then my burrito didn't have any chicken, whoever works the closing shifts are super lazy and do not listen to any instructions, I do not recommend this location to anyone, Extremely poor customer service!!!! If I could rate less than one star I would.

It's El Pollo Loco, so it's good and fast Mexican food. Their Pollo Bowl combo is a great price for a quick meal. I feel it's more healthy and unprocessed than all the other fast food restaurants.
