Today, I ordered breakfast to go, and the cashier at the drive thru told us to wait in the parking lot and we told her not to forget the sauces please and she got upset, then she came with the food, and I said thank you, and she didn't answer me and left upset, we checked the bag and some sauces and the drink were missing, I got out of the car and went into the restaurant to ask for the drink and the sauce, she saw me and told me there were no sauces and I asked her for the drink that was missing, then another girl came up to me and told me what was missing and I told her what happened, and she went into the kitchen and took out a container with many sauces and give me some some sauces and they also gave me my drink, while the other girl was still upset....I sometimes buy breakfast there, but with that attitude I never go back again....😦

For a chain burger restaurant, Farmer Boys is better than many. It has more than burgers..breakfast and salads, sandwiches. Service is decent. Pricing is alright. What sets it apart from common fast food places is the atmosphere inside is a tad more "upscale" if you will.

The cheeseburger that I ordered was quite good, better than fast food, but to be greeted, and served by a transvestite with way too much makeup was very disconcerting.

The workers got a nasty attitude I ask for the order,if they include some ranch for the costumer and utensils she said yes the costumer open the bag and no ranch no utensils.

Walked in, looked at the menu and prices and then we walked out. There are better priced options nearby with food as good or better. Sadly, this chain has been added to places we won't dine at anymore due to pricing.

So it was my 1st time trying Farmer Boys.. as we all know purchasing take out is being more of luxury then before as cost of living has gone up .. I hate that my experience was sub par! As I walk in to an empty dining room I wasn't greeted at all and when I walked up to the yung lay at the register she had attitude.. I asked her if I placed an online order where do I check in .. she asked for my name which I gave to her and she started looking for my order .. she couldn't find my order then asked for my online confirmation I showed it to her which also has my name. She still couldnt find it .. she then asked another worker and the other work handed me the order as she was speaking in Spanish to the girl at the register .. then the girl at the register said to me you gave me the wrong name ?! As she was irritated.. I simply responded no I didn't and I responded she gave me her back and walked away .. so yeah not a pleasant experience to say the least .. I drove back to work opened my meal to find a burger with an obscure small amount of fries it was almost laughable & I wasn't handed my drink I had to ask for it . so between the experience and the product it's hard to say if I would go back ... Customer service goes a long way ... And English should be spoken in the establishment. So customers do not get the wrong impression
