Ordered uber eats from here at around 8:21pm on a Saturday. We came to pick it up at around 8:40 pm and was told that they gave our order away so we should wait for them to remake it. We came back in at around 8:55 because they were going to close at 9 and was told they cancelled the order on the app. Food is good here but not for the shit service they provided. just go get food from other teriyaki places like teriyaki plus which is not far from the area. better food and better service.

My experience here was horrible, I placed an order 4 hours in advance and paid for someone to pick it up and when the person arrived they didn't want to give it to me. According to them I had to send a copy of my ID and my card, I'm not near my car because I was at an event and I had to have the food ready and I had to talk to the manager and he couldn't help me so in the end I had to I had to leave the event to pick up the food, I was very upset but I picked it up and when I arrived with the food I realized that there were no napkins or cutlery, I will not buy here again and the customer service is terrible. If they want to stay, they must improve their customer service.

Portion sizes are genuinely laughable. if you want a filling meal, better off going to yogi's grill or teriyaki madness. Food was also bland, sauces were way too vinegary

I ordered a chicken plate with white rice and double salad, flavor overall ok. Service was prompt and friendly. I attempted to use the restroom and was disappointed with how dirty and neglected it was. No protective sheets available for ladies and toilet seat was vandalized with graffiti.

Cheated me out of a buy one get one free offer and wouldn't let me cancel the literal minute after ordering. They used their operating system as an excuse for not being able to accommodate the delivery service or me by just adding the second bowl or cancelling the order.
