I get drive thru expect to stay in the drive thru to make sure I get my order correct. They park you and then you have to go inside to have to correct your order and they can’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Manager could’ve shown a bit more customer care and make sure the entire meal wasn’t missing before taking it out to the car sense they know people hate being parked.

They have the rudest women working in that place. The male employees are nice. There are 2 young female employees who are nice. Victoria is one of them. IDK the other girl's name. The other women that work there are cold, rude, & disrespectful. The female employee with dark hair, working at 9:00 pm Monday 8/26 should be fired. I spend my $ there everyday. She always has a cold, rude, & disrespectful attitude. Tonight she was above & beyond her usual bad attitude. She very rudely told me I had to leave b/c I was charging my phone there while eating outside. This is something I've been doing for a year without a problem. Multiple customers do the same. I had to eat outside b/c it was too hot in the restaurant. The a/c wasn't on. If she had asked or told me nicely or respectfully, it wouldn't have been a problem. The problem is how rude & disrespectful she is. She shouldn't be working with customers. She should be fired for her terrible treatment of human beings. Shame on her.

Outstanding drive thru experience. I left at the speaker at a McDonalds 5 minutes prior because their experience was, or should be but probably isn't, an embarrassment. With fast food now it's store to store. If management is good, if service is good then you have a fighting chance. This Jack in the Box excelled. Quick, courteous, goty order right etc. Food was fresh, hot and good. Breakfast Burrito meal. I recommend their taco sauce for it. Made all the difference. The potato cake was also hot and good. It shouldn't be so hard to find a fast food place that cares about their performance. Sadly it's FAR more common to find the disgrace of a McDonald's I left to come to this excellent Jack in the Box. Well done.

I went into the drive-through to order some food and the manager that was taken my order. I had asked her about the chicken meals, and she replied that I can look at the menu and let her know what I want instead of assisting and helping customer about their menu, she didn’t want to do any work her name is Janina I believe or something like that she was also laughing while I was asking questions about their meals. hopefully corporate or someone will see what kind of worker she is

I was passing by Jack in the box on my lunch break today 1:25pm decided to get curly fries that i love so much. I did drive thru and this guy takes my order and yells at me if i want anything else i said just hot sauce ,he said you ask that when you pick up and i was like ok. Drove picked up my food and just opened my fries are burned and taste like burned oil that i paid $4.05 for midum size looks small . I called 1 40pm to speak to a manager this girl answered the call with hispanic accent said who is asking and i said customer that just left from your location and she sais manager is not here go ahead tell me and i said are you manager? She said no and i said why would i tell you? She said well then call back tomorrow and hanged up the phone. So unprofessional and i guess now days customer service and food is donw the drain. Horrible service and food. Will not return for sure!
