I must say that Im skeptical when going to restaurants at any corner Strip malls. Though I picked Mr. Pizza and Kabob because I love KABOB's! I was so impressed with the Quality of the Kabob and Rice, that it reminded me of my mom's cooking! I was nearly in Tears, the Owner happens to be there everyday and I know this because I came back for Kabobs Every day after that!! :)
I highly recommend for anyone to try for yourself.

Food it’s okay good flavor and reasonable prices but they need work in keeping clean inside was little bit slow to prepare the food but was good just some as to clean the restaurant to keep clients comfortable and coming back again.,

Food was surprisingly pleasant and delicious. Good job 👏 koobideh was on point and tasty . Even the pizza was really good. Will go back . To mention , the place isn't very nice looking to go and eat there . But food is certainly good. Would recommend take outs. The man working there is a bit old but a nice person , please make sure to speak clearly when ordering. It's just age. Kudos
