I’ve always seen this place but never got around to checking them out but I’m so happy that I finally did ! This is my third order using their service, and I'm very pleased with the taste and quality of the food, The staff is very friendly. The cost of 20 meals, including tip, is equivalent to about 4-5 Uber Eats orders, saving me money while providing healthier options compared to fast food. The only downside is their limited business hours. If you live a busy life like I do, I highly recommend this service 100%.

Hands DOWN some of the best meal prep I’ve ever eaten. These guys (and gals) cooked my food for the entire week I was in SFV. It’s like $100 for 10 meals. In LA? That’s a steal.The food: nothing crazy or gourmet, but all the staples that you need to reach your goals. For 10 meals they gave me 5 different kinds (2 of each). The turkey and pesto one was fire, but my favorite was the Mexican chicken with guacamole.Not a ton of spices, so bring your own. And that’s not a knock, I prefer it on the simpler side because you can spice it up yourself. Some meal delivery spots just do too much and it doesn’t keep well because of all the fancy stuff.No frills. Good food. Reliable and prompt service. Excellent price. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking to gain muscle or lose fat and are a busy person looking for meal prep.
I ordered a smoothie and Protein Pancakes on Sunday Morning. Priced right, tasty, and nutritious but parking sucks.

Had a great shake and the staff was friendly. I just wish be they had more choices. The menu was surprisingly void of keto friendly choices. The closest thing I found was one of two shakes that still had 15 carbs, which is the max on a low carb diet so, I blew my entire days carb intake on the one shake. Oh well, I enjoyed it none the less.
