Went to Olive Garden on Thursday January 15th what friends for celebration. Our server Jose was the best! He was patient, polite, considerate, & very caring we never had to look for our server. He went above and beyond. Oh and the food was fantastic very fresh and hot! I love this Olive Garden in Chatsworth

Went here for dinner with a friend tonight. Sadly, the food was a huge disappointment. Salad & breadsticks were fine and the mozzarella sticks were good but that where it ends. We ordered the build your own pasta. I had fettacini pasta with meat sauce with broccoli on top. My friend had fettacini pasta with the 5 cheese sauce. The fettacini was gummy and stuck together. The broccoli was so overcooked, it was like mush. And the sauce was bland and tasteless. Like no seasoning at all. My friend's pasta was also gummy and stuck together and her sauce was bland as well. It was just yuck! We spoke to the manager and he said he could see how overcooked the broccoli was and knew the pasta was stuck together even before I said anything. He very kindly took the dishes off our bill. The manager Chris and our server Emily gave great service. We tipped Emily based on what we planned to spend and not on the reduced bill.
If they get the kitchen together, they could easily get 5 stars. But not today.

Diana gave us an outstanding experience during our visit to Olive Garden! She was very attentive, nice, accommodating, and professional throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Diana, for the excellent service!

We had prompt service from a friendly server, food came out fast, and everything was good. Food is a bit on the pricy side but with the take home meals it makes it a good deal!

Waiter was overwhelmed and stressed. Terrible service. Manager under the impression that a take home salad would solve the problem. 🥺 Please, you can take home the salad! 😁

I was there last week and brought my niece whom started her Freshman’s year at CSUN. Geronimo I believe was his name was such a DELIGHT. he was attentive, always helpful and his service simply the best. Will most definitely return.

Food was great. My wife and I got the all you can eat pasta, the selections were varied and all delicious. Patrick, our server was amazing however, he was kind charismatic and greatly added to our night out! Thanks again Patrick!

We ordered chicken Parmesan Piccolo. It is a smaller portion offering on the menu. It is definitely smaller. Not advisable for two people sharing. Delicious! But when cut in half, not enough. Plenty of salad met the need and we were able to make it home not starving 😃. Just be aware.

Our service person was the best! Made it an enjoyable evening. Lots of people! Still great service.
