More than delicious food, have super mega excellent service and very courteous manager and management.

We go for dinner but today was the worst
I ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes
It was too salty to a level that you can not eat
I returned very upsetting because I was very hungry we went 3 people and I had to eat the soup and salad and the crispy lasagna from my friends
I wish we can go back and enjoy Olive garden again but this time was horrible
Service I great but may be this message gets to the manager and do something for loyalty customer for years and watch too much salt is not the way to get flavor I am a professional chef so I know
Wake up Olive garden SHAME on you I pay my bill but not happy

If you ever visit this location, you must ask to be served by Erika! She is the best!

Came here on a Sunday, food was good, everything was fast. Our server would have rather been somewhere else but working. She brought us a small to go box for our salad. She seemed to not care after we finished eating. Then Fran (busser) came to the rescue. She helped bring out
soup, refills , salad (everything our waiter didn’t want to do). She brought us the correct size to go boxes, all with a friendly smile. What a turn of events. We have also come to eat here take out as well and have been greeted by Aim. She was very nice to talk to and made sure we had our order verified. All with a big smile on her face. Switch her out with our server, who shouldn’t be working with customers if she hates her job that bad !

Quiet and clean , friendly staff (Steve,Bree) very attentive overall environment was pleasant and enjoyable.

Awesome every time

I enjoyed the food at Olive Garden, but I was disappointed with the manager's customer service. I contacted them from my non-profit organization to inquire about a donation, and while he provided his email address, he never responded to my subsequent email. It would have been more considerate if he had simply declined our request initially, rather than leading me to believe he would assist.

Reservation at 9:30pm. Party of 9. Server never came to take our order. While people next to us got served. We talked to the hostess and what it came to be is our server refused to serve us. As we decided to leave a manager came out with another server offering free drink. But it was too late. Very poor customer service. Will not be dining here again.

I have been taking my family here for years without any issues until recently. The silverware was dirty with waterspots and a thin film of crusty food. I requested more silverware. Almost all of the silverware and napkins were dirty. So, I showed the manager. He tried to comp a chocolate cake, which I already had a birthday code for. So, he comped the least expensive meal. This DOES NOT fix ruining my birthday!

Such good service. My daughter loves coming here for the Alfredo and salad :) so good.

The Northridge Olive Garden never disappoints. I’ve been going there for years and the food and service is amazing!!!

The food and service were excellent. Our server, Elliott, was very attentive!

I loved Eggplant 🍆 parmigiana which we shared because Steak Gorgonzola was bitter with too much sauce.. it is still in the refrigerator and unfortunately it will end up in the garbage.
