What an amazing restaurant. My wife placed an order late at night. Typically I wont order if the restaurant is about to close but it was the highest rated restaurant open until 9pm. I arrived 10 min past closing and they still took care of us. The broth was amazing. I would highly recommend the filet mignon pho (rare). If you’re in the mood for an authentic mom and pop shop, stop by here!

A Hidden Gem I Wish I Found Sooner!
After living nearby for years and somehow never stopping in, my wife and I finally gave Pho Saigon 1 a try -after we moved further away. Funny enough, it's now become a regular spot for us, and we make the drive happily.
The food is consistently excellent. My wife had the chicken noodle (Phở Gà) and loved the clean, comforting broth and generous portion of tender chicken. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế, and it hit every mark—rich, spicy, and full of flavor with perfectly cooked noodles and hearty slices of beef and pork.
The staff is always welcoming, service is quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed but clean. It’s the kind of spot that feels like a local secret, even though it’s been there all along.
Definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. We’re just kicking ourselves for not trying it sooner!

It wouldn't hurt to add a call button for staff at each table. A button is placed in the corner of the table, and a light turns on for the staff to let them know the customer needs something. I saw this in Europe)

This is an old well-known Viet place that does killer business and has 3 whole pages of options, and even added Vegan to their signage years ago. Dont understand the lack of support from HappyCow crowd
Food was good. Big portions. Quick. Friendly. Plenty of seating.
I am really not a fan of Vietnamese food but this is so much better than other vegan Viet places in the valley.
