The staff doesn't pay attention to you, and the service is terrible.

Employees there DO NOT care. I ordered a 5pcs meal with two sides, and two biscuits on the app when I got there the place was empty and the employees were just socializing with each other. I stand there for a couple minutes before they finally acknowledge me. Told them my name and I am picking up my mobile order. They walk to the printout and check and start preparing my order. After a while they gave me my order and I took it home. Open up and all I got was a two pieces, a biscuit, and two sides. The receipt clearly stated 5pcs meal and your just don’t give a care to prepare it. Terrible

The staff are always working wayyyyy too hard. I feel bad for them. They are absolutely great workers but almost all the time understaffed. These fast food chains corporations need to be less stingy. Don't overwork your good staff to a point that they will hate their jobs. I always see them working without missing a beat but a lot of customers just aren't understanding and give them attitude or be rude to them. Because they can't be patient. It's not the workers fault when the store isn't staffed for a proper busy location . Don't lose your employees. I always tip them too. And always fresh chicken . I Thank all the Staff at this location on behalf of all the impatient and rude customers.

This place is a disaster..never has chicken ready..never seen this in any popeyes in any state
Ordered on the app got my food to realize all the sauce I paid for not to be there. Tried to contact support no way to get ahold of them and the number here on Google isn’t this locations number so can’t do anything about it but go back to the store which is a waste of my time and gas. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.

Workers here are not the best. Rude and will not fo back here again. Businesses really need to start training their employees better customer skills. I'm getting tired of the bad behavior and bad personalities with no people skills that businesses have these days. Reason why many people should stop going to places who do not make it mandatory for workers to treat their customers well.

The manager Irene shows racial bias she smiles with the whites some of them and the Hispanic but African American no & she tells the cooks to give them the smaller pieces. I witnessed her being rude on more than one occasion. She brings down the quality of the restaurant.

I honestly advise any and everyone to check their food before leaving. 2 weeks ago I had to return for them to fix my order and it took over 30min of me explaining to the cashier what was wrong with it since he didn’t speak english. I received just plain wings for half the order. We had to have another customer help translate. Please atleast have one employee who speaks english because no one did. Today I picked up an order and it appears they don’t actually toss the wings in sauce but drizzle it on. I have Popeyes wings numerous times and this is the only location who does this. The cashier advise “this is how much we are allowed to put on them”. This location isn’t worth the headache.
We go to this location all the time because it is the only location close to us. After ANOTHER bad experience, we looked at the reviews to see what others thought. EVERYONE had noticed that the workers always get orders wrong, are always either rude or confusing, and ALL speak horrible English. We have been to this location 20+ times since it opened and every single experience is horrible. What’s even worse is we get the same employees almost every time that we know they are going to mess our order up ahead of time. We have had employees aggressively throw food in the trash after THEY messed up and have gotten into arguments over so many things. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t hire even AVERAGE, English-speaking employees. This restaurant always staffs below average workers who are INCAPABLE of doing the simplest of jobs. Someone needs to visit this location immediately.

This place needs to be checked out by corporate. Everyone here has a very bad attitude problem and can barely speak English.
The cashier taking my order can barely speak English I asked for a small drink she says regular I said no a small she’s like ya regular so I didn’t want to argue l and just excepted the regular size drink.
Need an update on their employees that can speak or at least understand English and not give an attitude. Won’t be going here anymore!!

Service sucks here. They got one guy taking orders, putting the food together and in shocked they don't have him cooking and cleaning too. Waited 7 min before I could even order !

What is happening here. The lady taking my order was talking on the phone and having a full on conversation in Spanish. Then tried to taking my order in Spanish while cursing at the register….this place is the twilight zone

Horrible service and got my order wrong, got the big box and asked for tenders but got 2 pieces chicken. Nobody spoke good English, which probably is the reason my order was wrong. To top it off, there was blue lint in my food.... photo is attached. Good luck getting your phone call answered as nobody is going to answer and their mailbox is full.
