This location has bad workers. I saw one of the lady worker picked up a dropped chicken tender or chicken patty and put it back on the counter to cook a customer order.

I came to this Popeyes location to pick up my mobile order that I placed through the mobile app. I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and six bone in wings with their signature hot sauce. I arrived early but it took a while for someone to acknowledge me so I could tell them that I was there to pick up my mobile order.

Someone finally came and she asked I wait two more minutes for the wings. It was during this time I see the worker preparing food in the other room and picked up a dropped food item from the floor to continue prepping someone food. The service was bad here, it took forever to just pick up my order. The chicken sandwich was whatever and the bone in wings was just fine.

Double check your order. I’m back home ended up with no spicy chicken sandwich. I paid four orders total but only received three. And that’s the normal thing in this store.

Y’all suck. Forgets food and then makes it fing impossible to get any type of money back. They forgot my mac & cheese and I literally could only get a dollar back come on. I want my money back. Scam! Also, after reading the rest of the reviews, clearly a common thing where they try to skimp out on your food. I didn’t even complain about how it was like 5 million little pieces of chicken and breading When I ordered a three piece tender. I want my money back that was BS horrible location.

Update:
I don’t care about you talking to the workers. Your conversation doesn’t make my money come back to my pocket. Still would never return and hope Nobody else does either especially in this economy. You’re ripping people off? that’s crazy, taking their money? that’s even more insane, not offering a refund? Wow y’all are trash fr! Some establishment needs a new manager…..

Employees there DO NOT care. I ordered a 5pcs meal with two sides, and two biscuits on the app when I got there the place was empty and the employees were just socializing with each other. I stand there for a couple minutes before they finally acknowledge me. Told them my name and I am picking up my mobile order. They walk to the printout and check and start preparing my order. After a while they gave me my order and I took it home. Open up and all I got was a two pieces, a biscuit, and two sides. The receipt clearly stated 5pcs meal and your just don’t give a care to prepare it. Terrible

The staff are always working wayyyyy too hard. I feel bad for them. They are absolutely great workers but almost all the time understaffed. These fast food chains corporations need to be less stingy. Don't overwork your good staff to a point that they will hate their jobs. I always see them working without missing a beat but a lot of customers just aren't understanding and give them attitude or be rude to them. Because they can't be patient. It's not the workers fault when the store isn't staffed for a proper busy location . Don't lose your employees. I always tip them too. And always fresh chicken . I Thank all the Staff at this location on behalf of all the impatient and rude customers.

Ordered on the app got my food to realize all the sauce I paid for not to be there. Tried to contact support no way to get ahold of them and the number here on Google isn’t this locations number so can’t do anything about it but go back to the store which is a waste of my time and gas. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.
