We go to this location all the time because it is the only location close to us. After ANOTHER bad experience, we looked at the reviews to see what others thought. EVERYONE had noticed that the workers always get orders wrong, are always either rude or confusing, and ALL speak horrible English. We have been to this location 20+ times since it opened and every single experience is horrible. What’s even worse is we get the same employees almost every time that we know they are going to mess our order up ahead of time. We have had employees aggressively throw food in the trash after THEY messed up and have gotten into arguments over so many things. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t hire even AVERAGE, English-speaking employees. This restaurant always staffs below average workers who are INCAPABLE of doing the simplest of jobs. Someone needs to visit this location immediately.

This place needs to be checked out by corporate. Everyone here has a very bad attitude problem and can barely speak English.
The cashier taking my order can barely speak English I asked for a small drink she says regular I said no a small she’s like ya regular so I didn’t want to argue l and just excepted the regular size drink.
Need an update on their employees that can speak or at least understand English and not give an attitude. Won’t be going here anymore!!

Service sucks here. They got one guy taking orders, putting the food together and in shocked they don't have him cooking and cleaning too. Waited 7 min before I could even order !

What is happening here. The lady taking my order was talking on the phone and having a full on conversation in Spanish. Then tried to taking my order in Spanish while cursing at the register….this place is the twilight zone

Horrible service and got my order wrong, got the big box and asked for tenders but got 2 pieces chicken. Nobody spoke good English, which probably is the reason my order was wrong. To top it off, there was blue lint in my food.... photo is attached. Good luck getting your phone call answered as nobody is going to answer and their mailbox is full.

I went in the store today, and the cashier threw my drink to the trash when i asked him why was i charged for a tea when i ordered an icey. He yelled at me, then started to yell at me again telling me what he think i oredered. The cashier doesnt speak clearly with english sobits hard to even be sure of your order. He never up saled me or greeted me T the door. Infact as a customer today this POPEYES RUINED MY DAY HE MADE ME FEEL SCARED AND LIKE I DIDNT MATTER

I bought a meal for someone and the manager would not allow him to fill his drink of the meal I just paid for! She turned the drink station off behind the counter and told him to get out! So, she basically STOLE from me.

If you are expecting the bare minimum, bottom of the barrel service this is the location for you. There were two workers today when I entered the location around 1230 and neither of them spoke enough english to help me with my concerns. When i proceeded to ask for a manager i was informed there was no manager on duty. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor and again nobody on duty. How do you have a store in America run by employees who dont speak english with nobody in a higher up position in duty. I then proceeded to contact corporate (this is where my real issue lies). Apparently Popeyes corporate decides to handle any and all complaints by email or text ONLY. This was not acceptable as the issue I was having could not be conveyed via writing and would get lost in communication. HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?!?! If you are having issues with a company you should be able to contact said company and relay any and all comments and concerns to corporate but apparently thats not how it works with Popeyes. I was told (Via text) that "We appreciate your patience while we handle your request.
You will not receive another message until a Support Specialist follows up."
Well guess what that was over 3 hours ago and no response. Again what kind of customer support is this. I will never dine at a Popeye's again as long as this is their policy it's completely an utterly ridiculous. And I know one customer doesn't make a difference but I hope this reaches other people who have experienced the same thing with this location so that way something can be done or better yet somebody from corporate reads this and put together a plan to treat their customers better.

The people behind the counter were constantly laughing, making fun of people and making fun of me. I felt disrespected and offended. I will not offer this place to anyone I know, and I will never be back again . I tried to put in my order, and they would not understand my order and made fun of me of my speech.

I was disappointed to get back to work and find that my fries were missing from my order. I tried calling but the number Google has is for Delano, CA. Please update your number. The one on the website goes straight to voice-mail. This is the 3rd Popeyes I've been to where they messed up my order. I didn't check because I have a 30 min lunch and I had to rush out of there since I had to wait in line to let them know I was picking up. And only one person on register. My food was okay. I'm disappointed that the chicken tenders were more breaded than there was chicken. For $18?! This is ridiculous!!

Raul and Camilo are Great at their jobs, always smiling to the customers and working hard. I haven’t had many issues sense they’ve been there. I order mobile and they have it ready, max I’ve had to wait was 7 min. And they even threw in a fry. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to keep coming back to this location.
