My family loves round table pizza and this location is one of our favorites, ever. They are consistent on the quality, it is never late, and the delivery drivers are very polite and call before they get to your house.

This place has gone down hill ever since this manager āSteveā took over. Before him customer service was great. If I had any problem with my order it was always handled great. Iāve had minor issues with my orders but āSteveā the manager couldnāt care less. His answer is always āthereās nothing I can do about itā. How is that possible if youāre the manager? Heās obviously not very bright and has zero customer service skills. He has no idea how to handle customers which is very sad if your in the restaurant business. Iām a small business owner and always do what I can to make my customers happy especially long time customers like myself but āSteveā just doesnāt care therefore I will no longer purchase my pizza from Round Table Pizza the price is not worth dealing with someone who doesnāt know what customer service is and how to keep your customers happy.
