My Colombian friend insisted their food is BETTER than Peruvian food, which is a bold claim to make to a Peruvian, so I had to put it to the test. I want to be clear that I don't think it was the restaurant's fault, and maybe it's just the cuisine itself, but I personally found the flavors to be quite dull. I'll have to try another restaurant just to be sure if that's a fair assessment.

To be specific, my meal was the Bandeja Paisa, an empanada, a buñuelo, and a guava pastry, and I made sure to have them with both the Salsa Criolla and the ají sauce. That’s what was so confusing; even with sauces that should have added a lot of flavor, the overall experience still fell flat for me. I feel like I just ordered the wrong combination of things. What's a can't-miss Colombian dish I should try that might change my mind?

I have driven by several times but never went. Our pastor is from Columbia and he brought us there for a lunch meeting. Everything was delicious from the steak to the plantains and dessert. I also tried the fresh mango juice. Wow. 🤩 I’m definitely coming back with my husband next time. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Ordered the Bogre con Arroz: very flavorful and the fish melts in your mouth.
The empanadas have a great corn flavor; my personal favorite is the empanadas de pollo.

First time having Columbian food. Had the bandeja paisa trifasica which included, chicharron (pork), rice, beans, blood sausage, and thing corn-based bread called an arepa, beef, avocado, abd sweet plantain. Everything was great. There were a few things I didn't care for like the arepa which was bland, hard and dry. The green plantain was also bland. Everything else was good. Will definitely come back and try some other dishes. Also had this beer and soda mix which went well with the food. Service was decent and there's enough room for about 30+ people.

OMG, I didn't know how good Colombian food was until I tried this place...simply wow, it's a must try, however it's a small place, and you need to call ahead to get seats, this place it's usually packed. But the wait and food are absolutely worth it.

Yes PERSONalize

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times.

What to expect: 3 visits by the server. 1. Take order, 2. drop off food and drink, 3. drop off check.
That's it. No check-ins, no refills, no further service.

The food is decent, good enough to overlook the poor service.

It's a small location for seating inside, about 10 4-seat arrangement. TVs mounted on the walls, turned on, low sound usually playing sports or news.

I won't be returning. I was paying for my bill at the counter, and watched a female server drop frozen fruit on the floor. She went to the back in the kitchen and I thought that she was going to throw it away, but I soon heard a faucet sound, and she returned with the less frozen fruit in her hand, wet hand, and she dropped it in the blender.

I'm done.

I ordered 2 arepas w shredded meat. One w chicken and the other w beef. It was awful. The meat was super dry and salty. The masa was almost raw. I asked them to add cheese, which they didn't do but still charged me for it. Never again. Not worth the money. Also, the waitress wasn't very nice. I noticed that she was super friendly and nice to the colombian folks and indifferent with the rest of us. They also charged me a credit card fee but didn't tell me ahead of time. This place is called Sazon but it seems like they only use salt. Safe to say I won't be back.
