“I took my husband to this establishment for his Birthday and when I tell you this restaurant offered the worst service that I have ever seen in my lifetime! The waitress was rude and standoffish we were there at least two hours and she never came by our table too see if we needed anything or to see if we were enjoying our dining experience or even to offer a friendly smile our way absolutely no kindness or friendly service at all…myself and my husband did not feel welcome at all…in fact we felt very uncomfortable the whole experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait to get out of there…and just as we got upto leave this restaurant, that very same waitress had the nerve to say -bye- to us in a very Condescending way… I will never spend my money in this den of thieves establishment again cause I feel like they took my money and treated us like we didn’t even exist! And I don’t know the name of this waitress but she had blonde-ish hair and she served us on 4-15-2024 so she knows who she is and so does the owner and or management, please don’t respond with some standard statement of we will try to improve our service memo cause if you were really trying to improve your establishment you would put in the work too do so, and you wouldn’t continue to have so many customers complain’s you will never get the opportunity to treat me and my husband disrespectfully again and I hope if you don’t improve in the near future that you will find a GOING OUT OF BUSINESS Sign on your restaurant sooner than laterThanks for absolutely Nothing!! And all I will have to say about that is Good Riddance!!

¡the Chatsworth, California Sizzlers #1238 is a favorite Sizzler, but my favorite is on the SouthWest of the intersection of Van Nuys Boulevard and Sherman Way at Van Nuys, California 91405 at 7131 Van Nuys Boulevard that is my favorite since the late 1980s since the SunLand, California 91040 and the one SouthEast of the intersection of Nordhoff Street and Van Nuys Boulevard at Panorama City, California 91402 no longer exist!

My God. Where do I begin….. The extremely, overwhelmingly expensive menu? The terrible environment? The bad service? My husband loves Malibu chicken. It brings happy, fuzzy memories from when he was a kid. We decided to hit the spot for a family dine out experience. Oh boy, never again! All the tables around us where swearing, cursing, having loud conversations on their phones. Not a “kid friendly” environment at all. Service was subpar & rarely present. In fact, we later on realized we never got our cups for drinks all the time we used the water cups. I will give them the salad bar. It’s pretty decent stocked and clean. We did however have to beg for clean plates. I just got tired and disposed of my dirty plates by the kitchen, and then walked to the front to get a stack of fresh clean plates all by myself. How did this place go downhill so bad? I wasn’t expecting Michelin level but this was overall a pretty bad experience for the amount of money that we paid.I doubt will be back ever again.

It's more of a nostalgic thing going here (went a lot as a kid) but honestly it's very meh. Food is ok but overpriced. The service was good and they kept it clean but for how much we spent there are better places.

Total ripoffThe owner/manager who sits right up front is very quick with the shameless sur-chargesThey are NOT a 5 star steakhouse by any stretch of the imagination but they definitly have the prices for it!Used to go there almost every weekend, but will never set foot in there again because of that manager/owner.You walk in and there are ZERO pleasantries from him while he sits there on his laptop with the table covered in papers.Makes the place look like an office.If you order a meal the saladbar is about 8 bucks, but on its own the salad bar is 17.95.We ordered an upgraded steak for a surcharge of $13 (on top of the existing price) which is fine but then he charged us 17.95 for the salad bar when we paired it with the meal.$64 for a sub-par steak combo with mediocre salad bar!Astounding!Your time and money are more important than patronizing this greedy/tasteless "managers" establishment.Go to a NICE steakhouse, this sizzlers price is similar with 1/10th the quality and attitude!
