After trying this Starbucks a few times and realizing they NEVER get my order right I won’t ever be back!! Staff doesn’t seem to care what you say and seem bothered by your letting them know you messed up your order. Boycott Starbucks At Knapp!!

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area!

The most terrible customer service ever!
Had to pull out of a drive-thru because ovens didn't work to warm up my sandwich, waited in the car on a parking lot

To be honest this is one of the worst places to go when your in a rush. I literally order my food online 6:25. I got to the place at 6:50 and they had the coffee ready but they literally still had pending cinnamon coffee cake. What really made me upset was when I ask the barista that I was still missing my bread all he said was is coming up and continue standing their. If everyone else is busy why the funk couldn't he get me bread if your not even warming it up....

Amazing service here. They are always so fast here with my order. I come here some mornings before work and I am in and out in about 5-7 minutes in the drive thru. It’s amazing. My drinks are always so good. The workers are always so nice. No other Starbucks compares to the service here!!

This is the only Starbucks I've been to that wouldn't let me use their bathroom without ordering something, I usually get my order via drive thru but this was a rare occasion that I needed to go inside. I don't think I'll go to this one anymore.

Other Starbucks need to take notes from them. Their drinks and food are always on point. They are quick and friendly. Just wish they were in a bigger lot. Great job!

This place sucks, they won’t make anything and say it’s discontinued

This place makes the regular coffee way too hot. It was so hot it melted the glue holding the seam together and made the cup split. Other than that the quality of their mixed drinks is also poor. Tastes like it’s watered down.
