The food is good but not great. There basically is no service. You order at the order station and pay up front. When the food is ready, they bring it to your table. We liked the staff. They were courteous and friendly. We didn't like the atmosphere. It was very loud and chaotic.

First time going here felt more like a fast food restaurant. Food quality was poor. Taste was not good. Ribs were dry and salty the mash potatoes were so so. For the price the food was not up to par. Then to top it off my daughter was blamed by an employee for stealing a phone she lost somewhere. We later found out she had the phone when we were walking out. Will not be returning here.

This is a restaurant where you order at the register first, and then they bring the food to your table. But they bring each item out randomly whenever it is ready, even similar items or at the same time, and the appetizer can come out after the food. We ate there on the weekend, and we didn’t think the quality of food was very good for the price.

Their curbside pick up is the worse ever. The lady three times I've had to wait over 10 mins, then when I finally get mad enough and go inside to check on my order, they tell me that their system doesn't work so well and didn't receive my notification that i was there eventhough I see employees coming av going but never do they stop to ask if I've been helped. If you see the card parked in the pickup area for a long period of time, hint that they msg need assistance.

The place is busy however but it is so disorganized no one is controlling the guests, people stand next to tables that is so uncomfortable especially when they are so close that you feel that they should just "sit down" next to you or they are on their phone on speaker that you can't hear the person sitting with you.....the soda fountains were both not working well.....this place feels more like eating in a market not a restaurant.......not sure if I will go back.....sorry 😕

I ordered Nachos and big mistake. 1st and last ordering Nachos here. I usually order either their lemon chicken or lemon garlic salmon and delicious but I really felt like nachos. Anyway, their Nachos have no taste at all and I mean at all.
There was a bit of a wait to be seated, and once we were, our party waited awhile for the food to come out. The food was okay, I guess, but it's definitely not worth the wait.

We always takeout and take home. The family meal is great however the online ordering is a nightmare. We love the caesar dressing and always pay for extra... that option should be on the online app. Putting it in the notes seems to work but again the online ordering is clunky.
