"I haven't been to this location for a minute and I know why. It's terrible service. It's too loud to order. I couldn't even hear what she was telling me.This girl had a really soft voice. I was getting very irritated, and the bald guy with glasses said something to her that was rude. He was obviously talking about me because I was getting annoyed since I couldn't hear this girl.Very unprofessional terrible service when they opened; the music was so loud, and there were people next to me yelling. I'm trying to hear what she's saying. Never again."

I stopped by to get some shareable carrot cake. I ordered after waiting 16 minutes behind a woman that was unable to decide what to order. The employee helping her was very curt and impatient with that customer. A nice young man came to take my order. I approached the register and ordered my shareable cake. I paid and before the nice young man could go get me my cake, the woman at the register next to mine, asked him to switch her single serving cake order to a share size. There I stood as she went on about the cake charge, the employee made me wait another 15 minutes while he explained the difference in price. I WAITED OVER 30 minutes to get carrot cake at the take out line. The ordering process is chaotic, the takeout area I has no direction. No matter how good the food is, the service is what really matters to most people. Really disappointed.

I am very surprised that this place gave us such horrible service!!! My very first time here and my entire family was disappointed not necessarily with the food. But the cashier/manager (the name on the receipt is Michelle M.) this lady with red hair gave us the worse attitude. Sadly the place was empty and we cannot say it was because they were busy, I do consider places that are super busy and the staff gets irritated or frustrated, but this place was dead (I shouldn't say that, we were coming from a funeral). But we were the only ones there and that's when you stop and think, if I'm rude back to this lady, she may spit on our food, so we kept our cool the entire time and I was so upset!! I waited to relax a little bit before writing the review. By far the worst service everrrrr. Please don't eat here!

has to be the worst stone fire experience ever :/ came yesterday with my family, almost $100 for 4 plates of different pasta that all tasted watery literally all the sauces were different, but they tasted like straight up dish water. Flavorless, and when our food arrived it was cold:( disappointed !!!!!!

My first time there. Got unfriendly service. Guy who helped took my order was picking his teeth with a tooth pick. He told me to just pick one of thousands of items. I just wanted Ribs. I got the full rack with a side of Slaw. The ribs had very little BBQ sauce on the and were salty. The slaw was more like a salad with stuff you normally dont find in slaw like that bell pepper's or something like that. Bring your favorite bottle of Q saucer because what they have is kind of law luosiaba Sauce.

Stone fire grill is a solid restaura. It's my go to for catering party's and luncheons. Their food is sheets good and their prices are fair. I don't think their pizza is great, hence the 4 stars. But, most of their food is really good and I recommend to try them out.

First time here. I usually don’t like salads cause they are overpriced and small, but when they dropped off that humongous bowl, it was a nice deal. This is split between 3 Hispanics who eat like for 10 people. So when two plates were still left, I was impressed with the flavor. We were the last ones there and the cashier gave us a pretty generous discount since the kitchen was closing. Thanks man!!!!

The food is good. Pizza here is actually solid, yet simple. Cobb salad tasty. Service placing an order over the phone is stellar. The answering service doesn't miss a beat. Unfortunately, inside the store, they are always a little unorganized and chaotic. Last time, I pulled up at my pick-up time, paid online as the sign in front of me said, and sat there over 10 minutes waiting. I assumed it was being bagged. When no one came to the car, I just went in to get myself. After saying my name 3x, they found it on the shelf. It was barely lukewarm, so I'm certain it was probably ready before I even pulled up. A little awareness would be nice. And no, not the first time I've had issues with when it's ready or with them forgetting to include something. I suggest double-checking your order and immediately going in when you get there. Don't wait and assume they see you (though they do, because you see them lol.. boo) and don't assume paying online alerts anyone as the sign suggests. Just my experience. Will still come here. The stimulus package is the bomb!
