I have gone here 2x. I had to throw away the food both times. If I would of tried to eat it I would break my teeth. I would not even give this too my dog. It's a disgrace to subway. It says under new ownership. They need to just close this place down. Health code violation. It's got to be the food is so eatable. I have never gotten food this bad. Actually the food is probably okay they destroy it trying to make it. Faulty over, faulty service idk but it's definitely faulty. CLOSE THIS BUSINESS!

BEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE FROM THEM!!!

I am a longtime resident of Chatsworth and I go between the three subways in the area. But this one is the absolutely worst! Do not order from online! I repeat do not order from online. They have messed up every single online order that I’ve ever ordered from them. But the one that I ordered last night Has been the worst !!!

We had placed an online order at 7:30 PM for pick up at 9:15 PM. And it was the buy one get one free sandwich. I’ve noticed when they are deals. This subway does not follow any sort of directions that you put on the online order. I had ordered three chicken sandwich and two with extra sauce and all of the sandwiches and when we came back home, open them after 10 PM. We realize that no sandwich have the chicken in them and, there are no sauce. It was a dry sandwich with no sauce or meat in them. Also, the worker had the audacity to tell me to order earlier. But this is not the first time that happened to me, multiple times whenever I have ordered online, I’ve never gotten the same order. And when you go back to complain deny or when you complain, SUBWAY® online, no one gets back to you. Honestly I don’t know how they still stay in business because this is the worst subway I have been too!

I visited there and bought chicken treyaki sub I saw there was a lady I think she is manager or owner she was very rude with the staff and literally she was shouting on the them and taunting them and I will never visit that store again because of her she don’t know how to behave on front of costumer’

It’s a decent and clean restaurant like many other Subways. What’s different is the pricing. A foot long chicken sandwich in the nearby Rinaldi one is 10.39 while it is 12.99 here. That’s a 25% price premium. For what? The one in Rinaldi is in a much more wealthier neighborhood in a newer shopping complex.When you walk into a Subway you expect the prices to be somewhat similar to all neighborhood stores. This is the first time I’m seeing such huge discrepancy. Perhaps I should be paying more attention to the prices when I go into other Subway stores.

Terrible service.Asked Michelle (latina lady) what she recommends and replies “all of our sandwiches are good”I asked her “which are most popular” she responds“All of them on the menus above”I tell her “idk what I want yet. I’ve never been here”She walks away. When she comes back she starts to make my sandwhich is such an angry manner. Throwing my vegetables and meats on the sandwich.She also talked to me in such a condescending manner. Like if im stupid for not knowing what sandwich I want.I forced myself not to tell her anything in retaliation.

This is the worst service ever. The girl has bad attitude the tomato’s are going bad there’s not enough vegetable to choose and the chipotle sauce it tested so bad. I will never stop by this location. If I can do less starts it will be minus 10,000 stars
