I've gone to this taco bell for over 20 years. I have ordered to same thing every time: two regular crunchy tacos. This was my favorite taco bell. The meat was hot and delicous, the taco shells crunchy and fresh. I tried other taco bells once in a while but honestly none compared to this one in freshness and taste. The last two times I've gone there have been disappointing. For the first time, the meat tastes and smells like dog food. I'm 40% convinced someone put in actual dog food. The taco shells are stale. They taste old.

The absolute rudest cashier! Our order was all wrong! No sauces with our chicken nuggets after paying for extra and add charge of .80 for sour cream when they never included it⊠called their location and no answer..

He, or she, not (ofense), is the most horrible atendat, or wherever you call it, he didn't whats to take my order because I add, more food to it, and he told me that I was wasting his time, so he didn't want to give me his name and say that he didn't have to... not costumer service, not education , not nothing.

App had an error, charged me, and the order âdidnât go throughâ. I went through the drive thru, told them my name, was told they had my order and to pull to the window. After waiting my turn in line when I got to the window they didnât have my order or time to help me. I got nothing but wasted my time in line for ten minutes. I will NEVER return. This is the worst Taco Bell and thatâs really saying something! Rude staff!!
